Danger!!! Jade!!!! Hunters!!! She howled in my ear.
I snapped my gaze to the trees and before I knew it their were over fifty hunters surrounding us. One of them kept towards Lilly. "Ambush" I yelled so as everyone's gaze was on me.
"Lilly!" I screamed but it was to late Lilly got hit with an arrow that was laced in silver. Causing her to fall on the ground as she clawed at her leg to take it out.
My wolf was rising to the surface... switch now please?! Now!
I nod my head... NOW! I demand my wolf as she takes form.
I take the hunter that shot my sister down first, ripping her throat out. I looked up to see the other wolfs had started to fight as well. I looked up to see a hunter with a dagger hovering over me. I snarled and showed my teeth that were covered in blood from the girl hunter. The guy motioned behind him as someone grabbed a hold of my tail. "We got an Alpha over here!" He yelled as the others cheered, he started to laugh but the wind was knocked out of him.
My wolf jumped to excitement when she saw our mate in front of us shielding us from both the hunters. As he was still in human form
Our mate just saved our life!
He looked back at me "Hi mate," he said with a teasing smile. I felt butterflies rise in my stomach when he called me his mate. I suddenly ignored the feeling and looked at him I growled as a warning to tell him someone was behind him his wolf quickly jumped to the surface and dug itself into the hunters throat ripping away.
I could hear Lilly cough from behind me as I noticed a hunter was kicking her in the side. Lilly was in human form with clothing on thank god because this hunter looked like he could be a creep. I lunged for him as I sliced my claws across his back causing him to fall over, he turned to me and tried to stab me, Dave jumped in and kicked the dagger out of his hands, as I slashed his stomach open.
I whimpered at Dave to stay by Lilly and he nodded. I ran to the hunter who had Drew in a head lock with silver chains around his neck. I jumped on the hunter making her loose her balance and let go of the chain. My wolf was now on top of her snarling and showing her teeth, Drew came behind me and gave me a low growl telling me this was his kill my wolf flicked her tail in his face as she scurried off to kill another hunter.
We have to make sure our mate is okay Jade! She snarled at me.
I nodded my head... okay okay hold on let me clear my head.
I looked around and finally spotted him one hunter had a silver stake dug into his arm and the other hunter was lathering his mussel in wolfs bane causing him to let out a painful whimper, my heart sank as I hear my mate being hurt.
