In a guest room in the pack house I laid out in bed looking up at the ceiling. Things happened to fast for me. My eyes started to drift close and soon beautiful music drifted to my ears making my eyes shut faster. Soon I was drifting into blackness. I felt like I was floating.

Looking around black stretched as far as the eye could see.

Where was I? I felt a stab in my chest spreading down to my pelvis and looked down to see something blue and bright shining from underneath my shirt. Lifting up my shirt I saw a full moon the color of the moon going from my ribs to my pelvis. I stared at it wide eyed. What the hell?

"My child." I looked up to see Silver smiling down at me. "You must know you have a choose. The were's weren't your people. You were you human." She said. My eyebrows creased together in confusion.

"What are you talking about?" I asked pulling down my shirt my stomach stilling glowing with the eerie blue light.

"Dear, you have a special power. A power that could be used as a weapon with or against the were's. Or not at all. You can run from this. From everything."

"Run away from what?" I asked feeling like pulling my hair. Everything was so confusing!!

"From The Sacrifice. It was for told that The Hunters would come and there would be one with a power who will sacrifice her life to save were's. Thats you. Your The Sacrifice. Or you can run. Run from it all. Forget about the were world." I started shaking,my hands icy cold. I felt my wolf growl in protest. She wanted me to save her kind. But I don't know if I could. Risk my life for it all. For something I hardly know everything about.

"I don't know." I whispered stepping back.

"You will find your answer. And deciding what choice you make you will hold this mark. The mark of the moon."

Then my stomach started burning and I started screaming. It was like my stomach was being sliced with a burning knife. I fell to the floor trying to grasp something. I closed my eyes hoping the pain would just go away.

••••••••

I was shaken awake arms grasping my shoulders. My eyes shot open and I looked up to see Chris looking down at me concerned. I grabbed his arms feeling the tingles letting them comfort me. Taking a few deep breaths then sat up lightly pushing Chris to the side and ran to the mirror.

Please don't let it be there.

I was hoping it was all just a dream,a nightmare. That it wasn't there. Cause if it was... then the dream was true. Everything was true.

I lifted up my shirt and stared into the mirror at the red mark of the moon. It had a very faint blue glow. I pulled down my shirt and slid to the floor crying.

"Whats wrong Z?" Chris came up to me and pulled me into his lap. He rocked me bak and forth as I cried into his shirt. When did he become a sweet heart.

"Its real. All of it. And I-I don't know what choice to make." I looked up into his blue eyes and saw the confusion.

"What are you talking about?" He asked holding my shoulders at arms length so I could look into his eyes.

"The mark. The Hunters. Me being the Sacrifice-"

"Wait what? You being the 'sacrifice'? Whats that suppose to mean?" His brows creased together in confusion as he stared into my eyes. I swallowed and looked down. "Look at me Z." My eyes snapped up quickly connecting with his blue eyes.

"The-the Sacrifice is me. I...I don't know how to explain this but-but I have a...a power that could be used for or against your-our kind. And I have a...choice to run away from it all or...or I could give it all away for th-the survival of our kind." I whispered the last part staring into his blue eyes. Realization dawned into his eyes. He pulled me to his chest and rocked me back and forth. He kissed the top of my head. I cried into his shoulder and at a point I fell asleep.
