Happy Birthday (They're 16)

a/n I can't write smut any way so writing innocent virgin Luke smut was horrible! I apologize for how bad this was :)xx

Tomorrow was the day! Luke finally turned 16 and he couldn't be happier. Although he wanted a huge party with the whole of his year, he sadly wasn't aloud as his parents were going out for the night and didn't trust a load of teenagers being alone with only Ben and Jack in the house. However they did comprise and let Calum, Luke's best friend sleep round.

"LUKE IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY TOMORROW!" Announces Calum as he barges into the house, bag in tow. He enters the kitchen where he sees a grinning Luke. Forgetting the bag,Calum charges at Luke lifting him up into a koala style hug, "This is going to be so fun! We can do whatever you want!" Exclaims Calum letting a blushing Luke go.

 "We're going to sleep in my room as mum let me open one of my presents earlier and I got a new tv so we can watch loads of films in there." Explains Luke as he led Calum up stairs to his bedroom where there was band posters covering the walls and a few articles of clothing lying on the floor. "Awesome! We should watch a horror." Cheers Calum bouncing on Luke's freshly made bed. Luke wearily agreed getting out paranormal activity. A few horror films later, Luke was cuddled up to Calum hiding under the sheets. "Maybe we should watch a different film." Chuckles Calum untangling Luke from his body to pick a DVD. Quietly laughing at the selection of DVD's Luke has, he opts for 'Mean Girls' knowing it was one of Luke's favourites, not that he'd ever admit it. As Calum walked back over to the beds, he found Luke curled up in a ball shaking. "Hey Lukey, I've put in a different film, it's no longer scary. I promise." Whispers Calum as he cuddles into Luke's side.

Thankfully, Luke was back to normal once he realized what the film was and was completely engrossed in it until it came to the scene where Cady was trying to make Aaron catch Georgina snogging other boys.

"Calum, what's it like to kiss somebody?" Asks Luke looking at Calum with big eyes.

"It's great and with the right person, it's the best feeling in the world." Answers Calum sitting up and facing Luke.

"But how do you know who the right person is?" Questions Luke coping Calum's actions.

"The moment you know it's the right person is one of the most exciting and terrifying moments in existence. Falling for someone is scary because for the most part, it is completely out of your control. The heart wants what the heart wants. When the electricity, the nerves, the butterflies, the anxiety, and the joy all come together, you just know.You know you're falling when you forget you're hungry and all you can think about is how amazing the other person is, and when you can sit in silence with the other person and feel like it's the best conversation that you've ever had. Silence is one of the most powerful things, as is communicating without actually having to say anything. And you know you're falling when you wake up and the other person is the first thing that crosses your mind and the thought of them immediately makes you smile."Calum explains looking Luke dead in the eye.

"That feeling sounds amazing. I want to meet the right person..." Mumbles Luke as he lays back down.No one said anything for a few moments, both deep in thought until Luke decided to break the silence,  "G'night Calum." 

"Sweet dreams Luke." Calum responds gently kissing the top of Luke's head before drifting off to sleep himself.

"LUKE WAKE UP, IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY!" Cheered Calum trying to wake his best friend. "Don't make me tickle you." he warned straddling Luke to get ready for attack.

"No please don't!" Moaned Luke eyes shootings open as Calum's hands start tickling his sides. After a five minute tickle fight, the boys were both lay next to each other on the bed panting heavily. Turning over on his side, Luke stared at Calum to admire his beauty.
