"Ready babe?" Mumbled Luke fixing his hair. We were all backstage getting ready for our first show in Tokyo and everyone, especially Michael, was super excited. Problem was even though I was thrilled, I had a horrible pain in my stomach and my head was already pounding when there isn't even any noise  yet

"babe?" Luke questions again coming up to me and putting his hands on my shoulders, " You alright? You're looking slightly pale..."

"I'm fine Luke don't worry, just excited to get on stage, it's going to be awesome!" I cheer pecking Luke on the lips as we are called to side of  ready to get on.

The concert was going great yet I couldn't push the horrible, sickly feeling away. Must have been from the other night when we all went out to the bar, I probably just drank to much.

As Michael was talking, well trying to talk, in Japanese, I felt a sudden wave of dizziness wash over me and I couldn't stand. Quickly before collapsing to the floor, I took a casual seat on the platform Ashton's drums are on.

"You okay?" Mouthed Luke to me. With a short nod of my head the stabbing grew and I physically winced in pain. Tears started to well up in my eyes. This is so embarrassing, I'm on stage in front of thousands of people and I'm about to cry, Please don't have a camera zoomed right in on my face.

The churning in my stomach got worse and I had to lean forward holding onto it to try and subside the pain, nothing worked though. I looked over and see a blur of my boyfriend, tears starting to stream down my face, "Luke..."

Rushing to my side, Luke places a comforting arm around my shoulder pulling me into his side, "What's wrong, what's happened?"

"I-i don't know... Why is it so quiet?" I mumble resting my head on his shoulder.

"Cal baby, we need to get you to a doctor, the crowd is screaming at us, can't you hear them?" The faint noise of screams start to reach Cal's ears and he releases it must look like he and Luke are just hugging from how far away they are, except for those who have super zoom lens on their camera that it.

"I'll be right back, don't move without me alright Hun," Whispered Luke,

"NO! I'm fine, there is only one song left anyway, I will be fine." Argued Cal slowly standing up from his spot going over to his mike. Looking unsure, Luke follows his actions, introducing the new song.

I was fine. I could sing the song, or at least I could before I got really cold and I got the sick feeling in my stomach again. My hands started to shake, making me mess up as I played bass. Everything went silent again like when I was sitting down except this time I couldn't catch my breathe either. My heart started beating faster and faster and faster until I was sure it was about to burst. Everywhere was blurry and I couldn't make out any figures not matter how many times I blinked.

"Luke!" I cried as I collapsed to the fall in a shaking fit, that's all I remember before blacking out.

My eyes felt heavy as I forced them open, I was welcomed to bright, burning lights and a strong smell of alcohol. I felt lost and confused. Sadness suddenly drowned me and I felt like crying my self to sleep yet I didn't know why. To my right I saw Luke staring at the ground holding my hand that had multiply wires attached to.

"Lu-Lu-Luke..." I stutter making him raise his head, his eyes shoot out of his head as he jumps from his chair and pulls me into a hug. "Wh-where am I?"

"In hospital, don't you remember what happened sweetie?" Luke answered going back to rubbing circles on my hand. With a shake of my head, tears start to roll down my face,

"Wh-what i-is Wrong w-with me?"

"You had a seizure on stage, the Doctors are running some tests to see why you had one, they should be back soon, you've been out for about 5 hours, we were all worried you wouldn't wake up..." Whispered Luke kissing my forehead.

"I had a seizure?" I exclaim shocked, the sudden pain in my left side of my body comes to my attention and I look down to see bruises already forming on my arm. Just as Luke was about to reply, the Doctor walked in.

"Aah Calum you're awake, that's good. You are going to get moved to a hospital in Australia so you can be closer to family and friends. You wont be performing for a while I'm afraid."

"W-why am I getting mo-moved? Can't I just b-be treated h-here a-and then ca-carry on w-with the t-our?" I asked a sense of worry filling my stomach.

"I'm afraid not, I'm sorry to inform you this but you have a brain tumour..."
