I invited Josh to sit in the living room. I was planning to eat my soup but as soon as Josh saw it,he sent so many pleas and begs to my mind. I could have said no but then he gave me puppy eyes. Seeming as his skin is gray, his eyes mostly black, you would think that he could never succeed with puppy eyes. But he did,so I handed him my soup. Which left me hungry,and with a headache. I flipped on the television and we sat quietly watching the morning show.
And soon,words from his head drained to mine.
Should I invite her over?Will she yell at me again? I can't believe people watch Kathy Lee and Hoda,I'm normally done by the time Al,Matt,and Maridith are gone.
"Will you shut up?" I hissed at him. Josh looked at me sheepishly and murmured sorry.
Not words but letters filled my head as Josh pounced on me.
I struggled and yelled,"What are you doing?"
He blindfolded me and tied my hands and feet,soon hoisting me over his shoulder.
"Josh!!" I yelled.
"You never answered whether you wanted to come over or not,so I asuume you meant to say yes,"he said walking to the door.
"No Josh! When I don't answer it's a no!Put me down!"
Autumn pierced my skin and I could hear the crunch of the leaves as he walked.
Thank god it wasn't far,and soon I was welcomed by warm air and the smell of apple pie.
"Josh,dear,what have you done to Aubrey?" Missy said.
He shrugged and put me on the floor,untying me.
"Would you like a jacket or something,honey?"Missy asked me.
I nodded as the blind fold came off.
Josh unzipped his jacket and handed it to me.
I glared but took it eagerly.
"Josh,time for your shot," Missy murmured.
Josh nodded and smiled at me,following Missy upstairs.
A shot??
