Another day at the school where everybody stared at her as she wore oversize shirts and skirts because it's the only things that would fit her. She's been so hard on herself trying to lose weight lately but nothing seems to be working for her.

Or maybe it needs some time. It's not like she wanted to be chubby. It used to be okay, but in front of these skinny girls, it happens to be crime.

They try all their best to be skin and bones that being chubby makes you their number 1 target to criticize to release all their frustration on starving themselves.

"Look at her! Is she eating two cups of rice?"

"More like she eats five servings of meat."

"You are not allowed to be that fat if you're that short."

"Look at her wearing a skirt when her legs touch."

Jamie tried to pull herself together and just listen to music while walking down the hall, her classroom's near anyway. She managed to go to her classroom without giving anybody a taste of her savageness and sarcasm.

But then again, it doesn't stop when you enter the classroom. There's nowhere peaceful to go in this school grounds.

As soon as she entered, people stared at her from head to toe and they are not checking her out.

"Oh look, it's the poor girl who studied abroad."

"I bet she brought smelly lunch again."

"She doesn't have lunch money."

"I heard she's living on her grandmother's house. Poor thing. What are her parents doing to not have their own house?

"Probably because they let her study abroad."

"That's what happens if you're cocky but don't have money."

Jamie tried hard not to respond. She was kinda sensitive when it comes to her parents.

She survived the whole morning. She went at the back of the school during lunch just to avoid to hear more whispers. She's already hearing awful things whispering to her, and these girls aren't helping at all.

"Kill yourself."

"You're useless!"

"Die!"

"Die."

Jamie shook her head trying to shake off her own destructive thoughts, but every time she tries to get rid of them, that's when the voices become louder.

"Kill yourself! Die! DIE!"

Jamie pulled the rubber band on her wrist, to slap on her skin and wake herself up. She closed her eyes at the mild pain then took a breath. A red mark started to form her pale wrist, but she can cover it with her wrist watch anyway as if it wasn't there in the first place.

"Jamie!" Jungyeon approached her with a worried expression. "Are you okay? Sorry I couldn't stop them. Sorry I couldn't do anything for you." she apologized.

"You didn't have to do anything for me." Jamie told her with a smile. She was happy that out of all the bullies out there, she made a friend.

Did she?

Or was Jungyeon a spy? She couldn't quite figure it out. There was a really big doubt in her mind because a person don't just change overnight.

"By the way, thank you for saving me from embarrassment yesterday. I tried to bully you but you were so nice to save me from embarrassment." Jungyeon thanked her and even held her hand.
