You had the power of using energy manipulation of sun light and sun energy to your advantage you could use it as a shield, as a weapon ( like energy blasts) also you can use sun properties to help growth and heal. Basically it's very helpful.
The power emits a yellow glow ( sunlight) to an orange blast.
