Attack on titan is one of the most successful anime's, but you might wonder about some plots and twists. I'm here to answer as many questions as possible. Request in the comments!
Humanity is confined within 3 walls. These walls are Wall Sina, Wall Rose and Wall Maria. The poor class lives in Wall Maria, the middle class lives in Wall Rose and the rich live in Wall Sina. Basically, the richer you are, the further away from the titans you live.

In the diagram above you can see the 3 walls. There are also small semi-circles. People live in those semi-circles like they would in the 3 main walls. These were made to draw a titan's attention to them, sparing the majority who live in the main walls in case of the walls failing to keep out the titans.
The walls are made from hardened titan skin, an ability demonstrated by the female titan. Although it is unclear how many titans live in the walls.

The walls are in a circular shape, Wall Maria is estimated by theorists to have an approximate 3016km² (1874 miles²) circumference. Wall Rose is approximately 2388km² (1484 miles²) and Wall Sina is 1445km²(898 miles²). The height is 50m (164ft).
