The news has finally made it out into the media:
Steve Rogers caught cheating on billionaire, Tony Stark
It was the talk of the town. And the talk of Peter's school.
Peter tried to ignore all the questions, but it got to be too much. "Hey Peter, so does this mean Captain America isn't an Avenger anymore?"
"Leave me alone," he mumbled under his breath. "But Peter-"
"I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE!" He yelled, punching the kid in the face.
The kid fell to the ground, holding his bleeding nose. Ned grabbed Peter's arm, holding him back. "What are you doing?"
Suddenly the principal ran into the room. "What's going on here?" He saw the bloody kid on the floor and looked to Peter. "Come with me."
Peter sat in the principal's office, begging him not to call his dad. "Please, sir, you don't understand!"
"Mr. Stark-Rogers, just because you are an Avenger, doesn't mean you can go around punching other students!"
"But, sir-" He was cut off.
"Listen, I know it's complicated with your parents right now, but you need to control your anger, okay? At least while you're in school."
Peter began to cry. "Just please don't call my d-dad." The principal picked up the phone. "I'm sorry, I'm just following protocol."
"Hi, Mr. Stark? I am Peter's principal. It seems there's been an, incident."
"Is everything okay?"
"Yes, but I'm gonna need you to come down to the school immediately please."
"I'm on my way."
...
Peter was required to sit outside, while Tony met with the principal. But to his disadvantage he could hear every word they were saying.
"Listen, Mr. Stark, your son punched another student today."
"My Peter did that?"
"Yes, I'm afraid the whole incident with his other father is causing a lot of distress."
"Oh, I see."
"And you know a lot of students are already, how do I put it, uncomfortable going to school with a student who had such abilities like Peter. They feel their safety is at risk."
"Are you calling my boy dangerous, sir?"
"With all due respect, he does have unnatural abilities."
"Sir, I assure you Peter is not dangerous."
"Well let's just say, if this happens again he will no longer be allowed to attend this facility."
