Chapter 7 - Where Is Olivia?

           

Mia's P.O.V.

After lunch with Axel, I got to know him better. He has a twin sister named Lexa, (If you spell Axel Backwards, you get Lexa) He moved from Tennessee. His Parents own a multi-billion-dollar business.

As for Olivia, I don't see her. I'm beginning to worry.

What if something happened to her? who would I hang out with? I must find her. I run to my locker and carelessly flung my books in my locker and sprinted down the hallways on my quest to find her.

On my way to her next class, I see Leon. As much as I hate that guy, he's the only person that could possibly know where Olivia Is. I walk up to him and place a gentle touch on his back, signalling him to turn around.

"Oh, hey Mia, What's Up?" he smiled at me. Oh, come on why does everyone have to be nice around here?

"Hey, have you seen Olivia since morning?" I asked him with a 'please tell me you know where she is, or I'll smack you silly" look.

"Actually, I do, she's been in Chemistry class because of an accident between her and David" he sighed. I hugged him in excitement and sorrow that we found her, but she's hurt.

"You do know I hate you right" I sighed in his shoulder.

"Why? Did I do something wrong and if I did, I'm sorry, please don't hate me cause if Olivia finds out, she'll break up with me" he sighed in my shoulder.

"Honestly, I don't know why I hate you, and I forgive you for not hating me back, we are officially friends" I smile up at him.

"Thanks Mia" he said wrapping his arms around me and squeezing Me tightly. "No-No-No-No-No-No-No, please don't" I s.

"Sorry" he said raising his hands in the air as if he was being caught by the police or something.

"Okay see you later!" We both said in unison and then chuckled.

I sprinted down the hallway to the Chemistry Lab, Geez Olivia couldn't you have called me? Oh, I don't have my phone thanks to David,

I reached the Chemistry Lab, I pushed the door with a little too much force, thank god no-one was behind it. I saw Olivia, her hand was bandaged up with some tape and cotton.

She was even crying.

"Olivia what's wrong"

"It was just an accident, David was mixing the serum and he got angry and turned it over and It caught my hand." She said with a weak smile behind it.

I'm gonna beat the shit out of that guy's ass!

"Gosh, I'm starving" She exclaimed.

"Then why weren't you at Lunch?"

"Because I didn't want you to see me this way Mia." She sighed.

"It's fine Olivia, we're still gonna be friends" I said in a sweet, 'duh' tone.

"It's not about us being friends, I saw you this morning talking to a boy and I figured you needed some space and at lunch, I was looking for you and when I found you, you were smiling at him, you've never smiled at anyone that way Mia, you're falling for him" She giggled.

"Yeah, I think I am, he's just- damn there's no word that described him." I laugh and so does Olivia.

"Come on, let's go home" I sighed.

"Okay, pass my bag for me" She asked in a stressful tone. Damn you David for making Olivia sad, you will pay.

I took up her back from the alternating desk and slung it over my shoulder.

"Let's go" I said to her.

"Okay" she sighed. I hate seeing her sad, it makes me sad.
