Nora gasped in shock as she looked around. Even in ruins, the spire was an awe inspiring sight. When she shook out of her shock, she noticed a swirling vortex of water pull parts of the building into it's maw.
Nora POV
There's no way past that barrier. No, don't think like that! This is your first misson. You can't let the gems down! Hmm, I wonder if there's a hidden switch or something to get across. Maybe in one of those rocks... I was shook out of my thoughts by a voice. 3rd rock to your left. I gasped. What was that? I thought. But when I looked around, no one else seemed to have heard the voice. Shaking my head, I saw Steven preparing to do something crazy. Quickly, I pushed the 3rd rock to my left, and to my surprise, it slid down until only the point was remaining. With a clatter of gears, a bridge slowly shot out of the spire and landed with a thunk. We could cross now. But how did the voice know what to do?
