“Hey Zach.” I say waving at him. He runs his hair throw his hair. Vanessa walks out in his shirt and looks at me.
“Zach…” She whines pulling him.
“Hold on Nessa.” He says pulling himself away. He smirks at her and I roll my eyes. I walk away from him not even looking at him. I walk to the room where I need to be fitted for my dress. Why haven’t I run away yet?
I look at Asher who is waiting by the door. He looks up and smiles at me before opening up the door for me.
“Thank you Asher.” Asher smiles at me and walks out the room. I see a woman standing there smiling at me and gesturing to me to come over to her. I walk over to her.
“H-Hi.” I say nervously. She laughs a bit.
“My name is Corina. You can call me Rina if you like.” She says before measuring me. She has a french accent. It's beautiful.
“Hey Rina, I'm Tiana.” I say.
“I know who you are. Stop moving.” She continues measuring my body shape. I look at her awkwardly.
“Okay….” I look out the window then she gets up.
“What's your favorite color?” She asks before grabbing her journal and jotting down important notes.
“Lilac.” I tell her. A girl who I'm assuming is her assistant brings out a rack. She smiles at me and I smile back. She's very beautiful. Brown hair and green eyes.
“This is my daughter Luna.” Rina says.
“Hey Luna.” I wave at her and she winks.
“Hi Ms. Tiana.” Luna says. Rina looks through the rack of dresses. She pulls out a lilac dress. It has sparkles across the front.

“Do you like it?” Rina asks.
“Yes I do like it. It's so beautiful.” I say.
“Your eyes sparkled when you saw it.” Rina says before giggling.
“I'm glad you like it.” Luna grabs it and makes some more alterations.
“Luna made the dress herself.” Rina says before walking me over to the shoe rack.
“Luna is really talented.” I say to Rina and she smiles.
“Thank you. She learned from her mommy which is me.” She pulls out a pair of silver shoes. My jaw dropped.
~one day later~
“Tiana wake up.” I feel someone shaking me causing me to get scared.
“Huh?” I ask being confused. My vision comes in and I see Frankie in front of me.
“What time is it?” I ask him.
“It's nine am. The announcement party is at twelve pm. We got to get dressed.” He says.
“Why so early?” I say before whining.
“I want to take a early morning shower with you.” He says before playing with his light brown hair.
“Okay.” I say before getting up. I kiss his lips and he kisses mine.
“Maybe after the party we could fool around a bit.” He bites his lip and I nod my head.
~an hour later~
I just finished with my makeup and hair. Frankie just got done with whatever he was doing.
“Ms. Tiana, you're needed in the fitting room.” Asher says. I get up and go there to see Frankie in his suit and tie. Aww his tie is lilac. I look around to see Zach and Vanessa all dressed up.
“You look beautiful Tiana.” Frankie says before pulling me to him and kissing me.
“When did you become so adjusted to him?” Zach asks. He looks upset.
“Why should you care? You have Nessa.” Zach says. He looks in the mirror adjusting his tie.
“Babe don't I look so beautiful?” Vanessa asks showing off her figure. I look down feeling insecure.
“Stop lying to me. I'm not beautiful to you.” I say with frustration. He looks at me and then down.
“Tiana….”
“I have a dress to put on.” I tell him. I walk into the little dressing room getting undressed. I feel myself feeling bad. Tears fall down my face.
“Tiana are you okay?” I hear someone say. It is Luna.
“Yea I'm okay.” I lie. Knowing that I'm hurting inside. I feel trapped inside.
“Can I come in?” She asks.
“Y-Yea.” I say. She comes in as I wipe my tears. She fixes her glasses and looks at me worried.
“Do you like Frankie? I know this relationship is fake. Mom and I were told about everything.” She looks at me for an answer.
“Yes I like Frankie. Do I make obvious?” I ask her and she nods.
“Yea.” She says before giggling. Her giggle is so cute. I put in the dress with her help.
“Thank you so much, Luna.” I smile at her and she nods.
“No problem Tiana.” She says.
“Can I give you my number so we can talk sometime?” I ask her.
“Yea sure.” She says before giving me her phone. I put my number in, nicknaming myself as “Tea” in her phone.
“Tea? Like All Tea No Shade?” She asks and I laugh.
“Yup.” She laughs and we both walk out. I look at Frankie who is waiting for me outside.
“Tiana look I'm sorry.” He says and I kiss him. He grabs my waist.
“I see you two getting along.” I look by the door to see Kevin Jones standing by the door with Heather Jones.
“Yea father we are getting along well.” Frankie says pulling me closer.
“Are you nervous Tiana?” Mrs. Jones asks.
“Yea a little bit.” I fidget with my hands.
“Well you will be okay. Your mother asked for you to call her after the party.” Kevin says.
“Oh okay I will call her after.” I say. My parents won't be there. Faith either…
I run to bathroom gagging really hard. I throw up in the toilet trying not to get any on my dress. I feel someone grabbing my hair and patting my back.
“Tiana, are you okay?” It's Frankie.
I start crying. So many tears. I needed to be held. I didn't care if it was him holding me. I need someone to hold me.
“Shh...Tiana it's going to be okay.” Frankie says.
It's going to be okay. Those words repeat in my head. ‘Everything will be okay.’ My mom would always say when Dad and her used to fight. She would always find me hiding after their arguments. I was always afraid dad would hurt her. I didn't want to see my mom get hurt. When Faith was born, they began having more Faith in their marriage. But now I feel so lost.
