School had finally ended for the day. You were excited because you and Shuichi were finally going to hang out. It's been awhile since you guys have hung out. (I can smell the kaedeed memes in the comments)
You already had your bag with you plus you were going to meet him at his locker. "Hey Shuichi," you appeared out of no where, making him jump a bit. "H-hey Y/n, are you ready," he said as he closed his locker. "Yep! We have to beat the last level or we won't know the secrets of the true ending," you said with glee.
You both walked to his house and completed the game. Of course if being the Ultimate Theorist, you were correct about the true ending of the game.
"Well that took all day," Shuichi said as you looked at the time. "F*ck it's eleven, I gotta get going," you said as you grabbed your bag.
"Wait, it's dangerous for you to go out this late. Haven't you been listening to the news", Shuichi questioned as you shook your head 'no'. "Well there is this small group of people who've been kidnapping teenage girls and they've never been seen again," he showed you a couple of news papers with missing girls but they all had the same color hair and eyes as you. "I've been helping out with this case but they don't have much of a lead of who they are and where the missing girls have been taken to." "Relax Shuichi, my house isn't far from yours. I'll run to my house if it makes you happy," you said as you stared at his worry expression. "All right but I will watch you run to your house," he walked with you to his door.
You waved him goodbye and jogged to your house.
When you were half way to your house, something wrapped around your wrist and pulled it back. A cloth wrapped around your nose and mouth. You struggled, trying to get free but it failed. You started to get dizzy and heard fainted shouting noises in the background and passed out.
Shuichi
(Once you walked out the door)
Y/n waved me goodbye and started to jog. I didn't like the idea one bit but I let it slide. As she jogged, someone approached her from behind.
"Y/n," I shouted but it was to late. She was clothed (wha) and dragged into a van. I ran to try to stop them but it was to late, they drive away. Before they got to far, I quickly took my phone out and took a picture of their license plate.
'The van was gone from my sight. She was gone, and it's all my fault," he dropped onto his knees and started to cry. He wasn't going to sit around and do nothing, he was going to do everything that he could do to find her.
~~(2 months later)~~
"Alright we finally have the location of where they have been keeping them," one of the officers told me.
Most of the officers had surrounded the building, making sure they couldn't escape. But they were also hidden. I was the first to enter the building and snook around.
"S-Shuichi?! Is that you," a voice shouted/whispered as I turned around. It was her. I had found her. "Y-Y/n?! Don't worry we are getting you and everyone else out," I said and turned around to meet face to face with her.
She was covered in bruises and had cuts and dried blood everywhere. She was chained onto a chair from her wrist, ankles and around her uH chest. She started crying but it wasn't sadness, they were tears or joy.
"What did they do to you," as worried as I was about to ask her more questions, she stopped me.
"I'm fine. I'm guessing the detective is gonna need information so here is what I know. From what I know their are five of them and there are seven missing girls here. That's all I know Mr. Detective, now go kick their asses for us," Y/n smirked as I nodded and walked out of her locked room.
—(magic time skip)—
The kidnappers had been found and arrested. As for the missing girls, they have been set free from them and have been send to the hospital for critical conditions.
At the moment, Shuichi had sat right next to Y/n in the hospital room. She was in the hospital bed, wrapped up in bandages. His hand was in hers as she was sleeping.
"I'm sorry that I couldn't protected you," he whispered as he started to tear up. "N-no it was my fault," Y/n said as she sat up and faces him. Tears fell down her face, "I should have listened to you but it's alright now. You found me and the others. We are all safe and sound now thanks to you," as she cried, I wiped the tears that were falling doing her cheek and embraced her into a hug.
At lease she was safe now. Starting now, I will protect her, forever.
