Tempest

thunderstorms
are cruel and brutal
perchance, austere
— unpleasant

clouds are misleading
they are filled with lies,
dubiety and qualm
think they're there? think again.

wind fills the gaps
represents distance
it's unevident
but it's there

the mind
is supposedly a safe space
a vast domicle of wayfaring thoughts
assailable to probable alteration

a thunderstorm in the mind
is a different story
flood of possibilities
disaster of doubts

displacement of hearts
long roads of disagreements
teeming with casualties
and broken promises.

science interprets thunderstorms
as a product of cumulonimbus clouds
which are extremely prodigious
not one can grasp its true essence

thunderstorms in the mind
would not be latent
without the presence of clouds
wind begets these things
