As I was about a street away from them I turned around to see if any of them had followed me.
No one had, so I ran the rest of the way home. I was going to prove all of them wrong. I am tough enough to be in a gang. Maybe it wouldn't be theirs, but I'd fit in somewhere. I was only 16 so this would be the perfect chance to start over somewhere else.
Once there I went straight to my room and grabbed a backpack out of my closet. I started shoving clothes and food and a blanket in it. Before I zipped it up I lifted up one of my floor boards and grabbed the was of cash I had stashed there.
I had 5,000 dollars from many years of birthdays and Christmases and basically saving every dollar I ever made. I shoved a couple hundreds in my pocket before I shoved the rest in my bag. I put my phone, headphones and chargers in the bag before I closed it up and slung it over my shoulders.
Just as I was about to open my door and walk out into the living room I heard the front door open as the guys walked in. I froze, unsure of what to do. But then it hit me. I walked over to my window and pushed the screen out, then I climbed through it and landed on the ground on the other side, with a quiet thud.
I held on a bit tighter to the straps of my backpack as I turned to look at my house. "Toodaloo house."
I turned and started walking into town, unsure of where to go or what would happen, but I knew I wasn't coming home until I could prove to my brother that I was good enough to join the gang.

Jin's point of view
After my fight with my little sister I kind of felt like a jerk, so I stopped to get her an ice cream sundae with the gang before we went home.

When we got home, things seemed a bit too quiet in the house.
"Mallorie?" I called out.
There was no response.
I walked to her room and knocked on the closed door.
"Mallorie?" Again no answer.
So I opened the door to find an empty room and an open window with the screen pushed out.
My body felt numb as I realized what happened. "She's gone."
I dropped the sundae and it spilt all over the floor as I fell to my knees and buried my face in my hands.
Jimin and Jungkook walked in.
"What's wrong?" Jimin asked as he knelt down on one knee next to me.
"Mallorie... She ran away. She... She's gone. She's gonna get attacked or raped. Or even worse, killed."
