"Psssst. Mallorie. Wake up."
I felt someone shaking me.
"Mallorie, wake up!"
It was too early to get up.
"5 more minutes."
He started shaking me again.
"Mallorie its me. Wake up!"
I sat up to see Jimin standing next to the bed, shirtless.
"What time is it?" I asked as I rubbed my eyes.
"4:12 a.m."
I flopped back down on the bed.
"Why are we up so early?"
"We have a 5:30 coach bus to Reddston, the next major city over. It's about a 12 hour drive. Otherwise it would be a 4 day walk."
I sat up, confused. So I asked him. "Where did you get the money for the tickets...and why are we going to Reddston? Its like the gang capital of the country."
Jimin walked over to the nightstand and started packing a bag.
"Exactly. If you can survive in Reddston, the gang capital of the country, you can make it anywhere. And as for the money, drugs don't sell for cheap. Even though none of the guys in our gang do drugs we do sell them, and a lot of them to a lot of people. We each get our own share, so I have at least a couple tens of thousands."
I didn't respond to him after that because I still couldn't believe he had that much money. So I just sat there with my mouth open in shock.
"Don't act so surprised." Jimin said as he saw my reaction. "Now hurry up and pack your stuff. I'm going to go talk to Chanyeol and then we're going to leave."
I changed my clothes before I finished Shoving all my suff in my bag and Walked out of the room. I met Jimin in the kitchen and we said our goodbyes to Lee and Chanyeol before we left.
That bus was going to take me to a place that would change my life forever, and give me the one thing I've always wanted.
