The mansion was beautiful. A huge, white, old southern looking mansion that looked like it would be on the cover of a magazine. It's just to bad the only thing that this house is home to now is the apocalypse.

I stood at the front of the mansion, giving one look at the outside beauty before I went into the inside hell. I felt the outside air and looked to the water, some part of me thought that I might not make it back out, that the world might not be out here when I get out. No matter what something won't be the same, and this is my last few moments of that.

"Alright Adeline, Ada, The One, whatever you're name is at this point. This is on you now, this is what you are meant to do. Live for you, not your destiny." I said, taking the last deep breath of fresh air and then opening the front door.

The mansion was huge, the building looked bigger on the inside than the outside let on. The walls were lined with art work, all revolving around religion and the apocalypse. I saw that there were giant staircases and I could look up to the third floor from where I stood. I turned around, looking at the outside one last time, then I slammed the door shut to hopefully draw some attention.

"Honey, I'm home." I called has I walked in.

I heard some of the first floor doors start to open, and demons started to approach me. "There she is, everyone has been so excited for you to arrive." The demon said.

"I can never resist a party, and I heard you guys are expecting me to start a pretty big one." I said has I started walking towards them.

"We have a lot of friends down in the pit who are hoping to come up and join, so why don't you just make this easy and come upstairs?" He asked sticking this hands up and walking towards me.

"Man, I'm just not sure. Is there going to be beer?" I smirked and pulled my blades out, covering them with fire and water.

Just like the last two demon fights, the demon's eyes went wide with confusion and fear. "Get her and take her upstairs, don't kill her." The demon said.

I quickly sliced through the first demons that were near me, but I knew I couldn't  keep the fight here. The demon mentioned that they wanted me upstairs, so I had to get the fight there, so the guys could sneak in. I focused on the air around me and jumped up, projecting off the wall until I got up to the third floor. I stood at the top of the stair case, watching has the herd of demons ran up the stairs.

"Come on guys, I'm getting bored just waiting here." I smirked, twirling the blades in my hand until they finally made it up. The fight began again and I could see more demons running up the stairs from the second floor.

"And the fun doesn't stop." I said, noticing the floor of demons heading right towards me.

I stayed at the top of the stairs cutting through demons non stop, for what seemed like hours but I knew it was only a few moments. Faces were growling and launching at me left and right but I continued to fight until I heard a yell from by me.

"Everyone stop! Don't worry, she won't be killing anymore." I turned to see a demon there with a smug look on her face and all I wanted to do was go slice through her the way I did all the other demons.

"Really? Because it looks like your next on my list." I said stepping towards her but she just held her hand up.

"I don't think you want to do that unless you want all your little friends to have their throats slit the minute I yell." She smirked.

I held my ground, feeling my heart in my throat at knowing I was stuck. "So what's the goal then? You want me to be a good girl and just follow your lead to the gates of hell?" I asked and two demons grabbed both my arms, taking away my blades.
