One Year Later

Rhea POV

"Your brother is a stubborn son of a bitch Sammy." I said has I walked through the door of the little house that we've been staying in, one that we aren't supposed to be in.

"He wants to be normal and Lisa is good with the kids. They haven't showed any signs of having powers and I think he is just trying to play it safe." Sam said, sitting at the little dinning room table on his laptop.

"He isn't meant to be normal, he is a hunter. I can barley see my niece and nephew because Dean is afraid to have me around Lisa and her kid." I said has a slumped down in the chair next to Sam.

"His name is Ben, Rhea. You really aren't good with names." Sam laughed.

"Well it doesn't matter, I shouldn't have to learn the bitch's name because Dean shouldn't be with them anyway." I said.

Sam looked up from the laptop and put his hand over mine that was laying on the table. "I know you want him with Adeline, but you know has much as I do that Adeline would've wanted him to move on and if her kids had the chance to have the normal life then she would've wanted that too." Sam said.

"I just wish she was back. I want everything to go back to the way it was." I admitted.

"Trust me, I do too. Maybe we can hunt down this spirit and then see if we can have a normal date night with Dean, Lisa, and the kids. I miss Aella and Wyatt." Sam said, squeezing my hand.

"I haven't even seen them in like a week." I huffed.

"I know, and Bobby and Ellen haven't seen them in over a month. Everyone has just been trying to be really patient with him." Sam said.

"Patience isn't really my strong suit." I said and Sam just smiled at me.

"No, it definitely isn't but you make up for it in other ways." Sam said has he leaned in and kissed me.

"I don't think I would've made it through Adeline if it weren't for you." I said has I pulled away from the kiss.

I reflected back on this past year and I thought of the countless nights that I would wake up screaming from the nightmares, or when I wanted to close myself off and not talk to anyone. My instinct was to run, like Dean, but Sam stayed with me. Sam did everything he could to make sure I was okay.

"Through thick and thin Rhea. That's what it means when you love someone." Sam said.

"Thick and thin baby." I smiled and I climbed on his lap and kissed him again.

I missed my sister more then anything. I thought I was going to meet her that day and just warn her of what was coming, I never thought I would end up here. I never thought I would fall in love and gain this family. Everyone told me about the dinner they had the night before Adeline died, and what she said to them about me being apart of this family which only made me miss her more.

"I love you Sammy Winchester. Promise me that you won't die okay?" I said seriously.

"I'm not going anywhere, Rhea." Sam said, pushing my black hair away from my face.

We kissed again and then I hopped off of his lap. We were hunting a regular salt and burn case near Dean's house just so we could stop in and see the babies but Dean stopped me at the door. He didn't want to freak Lisa and Ben out and said that we could visit soon, just not now. Sam and I decided to hit the road again and leave them be after we finished this case, so we packed our bag and headed to the cemetery that the spirit was buried in.
