Hope

Through the dark there will always be a way

When no one sees the darkness creeping in

There will be a light at the end of the tunnel

When you think all is lost

There will be someone there waiting,

For you to climb out of the pit

You need to become whole again

Knowing that there is someone out there,

That can make you fit,

That can make the worries fly away,

That can kneel down and make it all better

You think all is lost when nothing can go your way anymore

Although you feel happiness slip away,

You put on a charade and watch the facade slip away

You feel that no one can pick you up

And turn you around,

That no one can put you on solid ground

You just wanna shout until you can't anymore,

And still the pain stays like a wound that hasn't quite reached the healing process

What can make you feel okay again?

What can give you happiness?

Hope can light the darkest paths

Hope can lead you away from darkness

Hope can make you feel alright again

So this is just me wondering but...has any of my poems had an impact on you or made you question anything? You don't have to say if you'd like, but I feel that as a writer, that whatever I write should make you feel something...I always try to convey a message:) But anyway thank you all so much for continuing to read on and you all are beautiful (or me possibky considering this fir the first time lol, handsome) in my eyes! xxx Chaselyn
