It is an ability
It should come naturally
You cannot learn it

It's either there or it's not
People cannot judge and tell you that it's there or not
It is a battle rather fought within
It is not an external force
It does not keep you awake at night or tell you what to do
Rather it drives you to the decision,

You are born with it
