Later that day after school, Paarthurnax, Carrion and Nami walked inside a cave. "Welcome to my home" Paarthurnax said.
"So you live by your self here? Where are your parents?" Nami asked, curiously.
"M-My parents..." Paarthurnax stuttered sullenly.
"What happened to them, Paarthurnax?" Carrion asked.
"They died. An outlaw killed them. He wanted to kill me as well while he was at it but I managed to escape. I moved to this town in order to hide from the murderer, but now I've gotten stronger. I decided that I wanted to become a crime fighter and find the outlaw who killed my parents and put him to justice ever since I witnessed a crime the first day I came here. I want to help stop crime in order to protect other Pokémon throughout the town." He answered.
"Well if you want to do that, you're going to need some help and that's going to be us but first we'll need to train and become stronger." Nami said.
Carrion turned his gaze to a book. "What's this?" He walked towards the book and turned through the pages. "This book has some good information in it to help us out." He turned the pages and looked at a picture of a Sandshrew, Sandslash, Houndour, Houndoom, Vulpix, Ninetales, Togepi, Togetic, Togekiss, Mimikyu, and Raichu.
Nami looked at it as well. "Yes, it has all the information about every Pokémon in the world. It could help us capture criminals. We must study through this book and learn all about every Pokémon then we'll surely be ready to catch the most dangerous criminals in Poketown."
"Agreed" Carrion and Paarthurnax nodded.

A certain Houndour sniffed the ground and caught the scent of something... "Paarthurnax" he growled. "Once I find you, you will be dead before you can even make a move. All the Pokémon that attempt to catch me suffer a terrible fate and yours will be worse than any of my other victims. Slow and painful!" He followed his scent through the forest.
Suddenly a Luxray blocked his way. "Halt in the name of the law, Pulse, you are under arrest for committing the murders of many innocent Pokémon!"
"I don't have time for this!" He growled, using a Fire Fang, easily killing the Luxray by burning his neck and snapping it like a twig.
"Now back to what I was planning to do" Pulse said as he cracked his next to the left and right. "You're next on my list to die, Paarthurnax! If I'm not interrupted by a bunch of idiotic PoliceMon like this Luxray again while I'm at it." With that, he continued his search to finding Paarthurnax.
