"Another murder." An Espeon said to herself, as she inspected the body of the Luxray. She investigated the Police Badge on it. "From the looks of it, it's another Officer. Officer Teslan. He must have been killed by Pulse as well."
Paarthurnax, Carrion, and Nami walked towards the Espeon . "What happened here?" Paarthurnax asked.
"Another murder." The Espeon answered.
"Who are you? Are you a PoliceMon?" Nami asked.
"Nope" The Espeon shook her head.
"What's your name?" Paarthurnax asked.
"My name is Amethyst and you are?"
"Paarthurnax, and this is Carrion and Nami." Paarthurnax said.
"Nice to meet you." Amerhyst said. "Welp I better be going. The Police would have to know about this." With that, Amethyst walked away.
"Seems like we were late. We need to find Pulse before he kills anyone else" Paarthurnax said.
"I finally found you!" Pulse growled as he ran towards Paarthurnax and the other two Starters. He used Crunch on Paarthurnax but he easily dodged and used Dragon Pulse. Pulse shook it off and used Flamethrower. It wasn't very effective on Paarthurnax. Nami used a surprise Water Gun Attack on Pulse as he howled in agony. "You idiotic Water Type Starter! I'll kill you for that!" He snarled.
Nami grinned. "I'd love to see you try!" He teased.
Pulse ran towards him with a Crunch but Nami went inside his shell and used Rapid Spin, slamming into Pulse. "How do you like that, you filthy criminal!" Nami yelled.
Pulse growled in frustration. "I had just about enough of you trying to stop me!" He ran towards them with a Flamethrower as they dodged. Carrion used Toxic on him. Pulse was poisoned.
"ARRR!!!! I'll get you for this Starters, I'll get you!!" He growled in defeat.
Suddenly, the Police came. "You're under arrest Pulse." A Clefairy said.
"You got to be kidding me!" He growled. He ran the other direction as fast he could from the Police.
The Clefairy growled in frustration which wasn't very Fairy like for her. "He got away and we were so close too."
She turned her attention to the Starters. "You kids got lots of potential in battling. You almost defeated Pulse on your own. How would you like to work for the Police? We'll help you get your Trio into a Squad if you help us catch criminals" the Clefairy said.
"Oh boy would we!" Paarthurnax replied.
"I'd love to do that!" Nami responded.
"Me too!" Carrion agreed.
The Clefairy walked towards them. "That's great! Now what do you call yourselves? Your team I mean."
"Oh... Um..." Paarthurnax was lost in thought a bit. "We're all Starters. Maybe we could be a Starter Squad. That's it! That's what we'll call ourselves. The Starter Squad" he replied.
"The Starter Squad! I love the name." The Clefairy smiled.

Sorry this chapter was very late. I didn't expect to be busy yesterday so this chapter was meant for yesterday, but I'll be doing another one sometime today as well... Hopefully.
