Paarthurnax sat on a tree stump and rested his head on the log desk in front of him. "Why is Pokeschool so boring?" He thought to himself. He began thinking about the first day he arrived in Poketown;when he witnessed a crime.
He dreamed of becoming a crime fighter his whole life. However no matter how many times he tried, he never seemed to be able to stop one himself. The second day of when he came to Poketown, he tried catching a shiny Staraptor that wore a black Fedora hat, but the police came and caught him before Paarthurnax even had the chance to do something.
The Shiny Staraptor criminal was named Jackson, but the PK Police called him the Smooth Criminal because he used his dance moves as an advantage in battle.
Paarthurnax tried fighting another criminal, a Sandile that goes by the name Killer but he was easily defeated by the outlaw and the police had to stop him. He was a dangerous criminal and loved murdering and stealing from other Pokémon.
Now at Pokeschool, he is always teased about wanting to be a crime fighter. A Houndour always told him, "you'll never be a crime fighter because you're too weak, Loser!" Paarthurnax glared at a Houndour that was right in front of him. "Pulse!" He mumbled with a snarl.
Paarthurnax knew something was strange about Pulse, he always has suspicions that he was a criminal too. He was in fact one indeed, and a dangerous one too. He was a murderer and a thief, but he wasn't anyone like Killer, he was far more dangerous than him. He was the town's most wanted criminal. Paarthurnax is surprised that he hasn't been sent to boarding school or got into the school in the first place. The police have worked hard to catch him but every time they tried they would always be torn to shreds or burned alive if they haven't died in terror first.
"One day you will be captured by me, Pulse, one day" he thought.

After school, Paarthurnax was walking back home to his cave until Pulse blocked his way. "Oh if it isn't Lizard Breath!"He growled.
"Get out of my way Pulse" He warned as if he could handle him.
Pulse cackled heartlessly. "I don't think so... You really think you can become a crime fighter and try to catch me... I don't think that'll happen because I'll kill you before you can try!"
Suddenly an Absol appeared out of no where. She walked in front of Paarthurnax to protect him from the Houndour outlaw. "Freeze Pulse, you are under arrest" she said.
"Nah... How about you burn to death" Pulse said as he used a Flamethrower, frying the poor Absol. She collapsed to the ground right in front of Paarthurnax's feet. The Disaster Pokémon didn't know about this disaster that came on her.
"Y-You killed her..." Paarthurnax said with a surprised expression on his face.
"Yes! Next is you!" Pulse snarled.
Paarthurnax ran as fast as he could in the other direction as Pulse chased him down like he was his next prey. Pulse was gaining on him fast as he was hot at his fire tail.
Paarthurnax wasn't able to run forever as he was almost out of breath. He knew he had to fight or die trying.
Paarthurnax ran towards a tree and jumped on the trunk, bounced off and flipped over Pulse's head as he attacked with Dragon Pulse.
Pulse was hit by the attack and glared at Paarthurnax. "You made a big mistake, kid!" Pulse retorted.
Before he had the chance to attack the Fire Type Kanto Starter, a sticky web caught him.
"You're under arrest Pulse!" A Galvantula cried as he crawled down a tree. Pulse used Flamethrower on the web and destroyed it. He pounced on the Galvantula and bit off one of his legs and continued attacking him until the large electric tarantula was dead. Paarthurnax fled before Pulse could do anything to him next.
"I'll kill you for this Lizard Breath, I'll find you and once I do you'll be dead meat!" The Houndour howled.
