Sat In Silence

Silence...

Thats all I could hear. Someone had stolen my car radio so now... I just sat in silence. VRRROOOoooooommmmm!

The silence had been broken.

A car had flown past. A Mercedes to be exact. The police followed swiftly, then an ambulance and then another police van. People were screaming, some crying and even fainting.

"Help us!! Help!" A policeman shouted at me.

I immediately started up my car and raced past the police cars, ambulances and vans. I found myself following the tracks of the Mercedes that had somehow caused all that stress and sadness. I came to a halt at a forest. The man that had been driving the Mercedes had already got out and was sprinting into the forest. Rain started pouring down heavily and the distant noise of police sirens had faded away. What was I supposed to do? Run away? Get the man?

Without thinking I started running. In the completely wrong direction. Where was I going? I started grinding my teeth which, gave me an immense headache.

THUD!

"Ouch!" I exclaimed. Someone or something had just collided with my head. Hard. "Uh... Are you ok?... Ahhh!" I was dragged into a thorny bush, then another and another until I was facing another person. A person with bright blue hair, a white cap and wearing a white t-shirt.

"You ok?" The person said with a nervous expression.

"No" I said pulling leafs out of my hair and rubbing my back "I'm not ok actually i'm very-- wait... Are you the person the the police have been chasing?"

"Yeah... Why" Asked the person also brushing leaves off his shoulders "They were chasing me for nothing... I was in town looking for shelter, when someone had shot a lady and ran into a Mercedes. Without thinking I got in the passenger seat and tried to stop him but he jumped out I had no choice but to drive cause I'd crash. The cops began to think I was the man and chased me."
