Chapter 34:Bloody Hell

I honestly didn't know how to feel about the whole situation.

I wasn't mad because maria and Jake hooked up way before me and him started dating. But i'm surprised Maria didn't tell me we usually tell eachother everything.

Also how did Brittney know, and why did Brandon tell me what was going on.

Things were just starting to get weird.
As i was driving home i drove in silence as I was trying to figure out how I should deal with this.

Once I made it home i realized my parents weren't home Thank goodness I just wanted to be alone. 
So i went upstairs to my room changed out of my clothes into a tshirt and sweats jumped into my bed and took a long nap.

Hours later I was awaken by really painful cramps i slowly got out of bed as I placed my hand over my stomach while i was dragging  my feet out of my room and down the stairs.

I went into the kitchen and grabbed a ginger ale from the fridge. While i was sitting at the kitchen table drinking my ginger ale i heard a loud ringing noise it was the house phone.

I quickly got up even though every step i took felt like dull knife cutting into my stomach must be my period getting ready to start. As i made it into the living room I looked at the caller ID i seen it was my dad i answered it.

"Why you not answering your phone?" he asked.

"Sorry I was sleep, not feeling good." i told him.

"Well I was calling to let you know that the Church Choir  Summit is tonight at the other church so your mother and I will be home late," he explained to me.

"Ok dad I, " said and after that ended the call.'

The cramps started kicking up again as I walked back up stairs. I noticed my room started to get det dark so I turned on my lamp that was sitting next to my dresser and decided I would take a hot bath that would help and it would clear my head.

I went into my small bathroom attached to my room went to the tub and started running water from the faucet the sound of the running water was soothing.

Once the tub was half filled i turned the faucet got undressed and slipped into the tub and let my body be consumed in the water as i relaxed.
And closed my eyes.

Once i was done i got out of the tub and wrapped myself in a dark purple towel and sat on my bed as i rubbed myself down in my cocoa butter lotion. I picked up my phone and seen seven missed calls. Two calls from my dad, one call from Jake, one from Maria and two from Brandon.

Now i was more confused i didn't know what to say or if I even felt like talking to anyone right now. Also i was curious why did Brandon call me twice he told me everything i needed to know.

He probably was thinking he was going to get some pity sex or something.

I shook my head as I plugged my phone up to my charger next to me. Then Went into my dresser and pulled out a big black tshirt and changed into some blue boyshorts.

After that i layed in my bed and  turned my tv on and seen Love and Hip Atlanta was on so i started watching it as I drifted off to sleep.

Until i was awaken by a stabbing pain in my stomach as I got up i noticed my bed and my legs felt wet. I pulled my cover back and seen a huge blood stain in the middle of the bed. My periods are never this heavy.

As i hurried to the bathroom i looked in the mirror and I seen my once blue boyshorts were a dark a red. My eyes were filled horror as i looked down and seen i was standing in a puddle of blood.

WHAT THE FUCK! I said in a state of panic.

Something wasn't right and I was scared so I quickly slipped on some sweatpants grabbed four towels. Then grabbed my keys and my phone as I drove like I was in fast and the furious On my way to the hospital.

surrounded by nurses as I rushed to the hospital with blood still running down my legs they quickly rushed me to the ER since I was losing blood.

Then everything became blurry.

That's all I remembered before I woke up in a hospital room laying in a hospital bed.

My eyes looked all over the room once I seen a doctor walk in.

"What's going on?"
I asked trying to sit up but felt a stabbing pain in my stomach causing me to lay back down.

He looked at me

"Ms. Davis you had a miscarriage."

My eyes widened.

"That's  impossible I'm not pregnant I took a test it came out negative I said in complete denial.

"Well sometimes false negatives can happen, You was only a little over a month so still too early for some pregnancy tests to pick up. He explained to me.

"Why was I bleeding so much?" I asked in disbelief.

"You were pregnant with twins, " the doctor told me."

Tears started running down my face.

"We are going to have to keep you here for couple of days just to make sure you healed properly before we send you home."

After that the doctor left out I turned to my side and spent the night crying my eyes out.
