Out on the outskirts of vale near the entrance of the forest stood a house and inside a lonely man who's name was y/n although he wasn't a huntsman or a professor of any sorts he would still help out the community by giving out food from his garden in the back or simply helping out homeless even if they were Faunus or not he cared for all and he loved all but he was was still single simply because he was a simple man who was happy and didn't need someone else but all that changed when he found a little red headed girl wandering the streets all by her self.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP grabbing the alarm clock I chunked it across the room beep beep beep beep I swear that thing is more durable than the new Nokia scroll but anyways time to get up as soon as I tried to get up my body brought me back down five more minutes just five more .

2 hours later

I woke up again and heard no beeping which was good but also when I checked the clock it was two already "HOLY shit I gotta go to work" I went and got up looking through my drawers to find cloths but all I saw was black jeans a white regular shirt a pair of boxers and socks and I forgot to do laundry I mentally shouted at myself for forgetting o grabbed the cloths and ran faster than ol'rick when he wondered into the forest with a meat jacket completely drunk after a quick shower I went to outside and stood in the porch looking at my watch but that's when it hit me no laundry done that means it's Saturday "UGGHHHHH" i shouted so loud a couple of birds flew away well might as well walk through vale I'm already dressed for the occasion.
After a while of walking I made it to the more populated area of vale there were many people walking around some Faunus and some not everything was fine except for the occasional dirty looks the Faunus got from people but through my thoughts I smelt noodles my second favorite dish and i already knew where it was coming from when I turned the corner there it was my favorite noodle shop the sign read put some dust in to noodles it's a infesting name and they might even put dust in them but one thing is that there noodle are the best in all of vale.
After leaving the shop with my favorite red dust noodles I started walking around vale again bored out of my mind there's usually stuff to do especially when the festive activities come around is so lively and colorful there's many people around from different schools and different kinds of Faunus to; while my mind sailed I saw out of my left corner of my eye something move through an alley it couldn't have been a rat or a grown up it was to small now I could go check and possibly die or I could continue walking home and live on with my noodles in my stomach but curiosity is a bitch. I walked towards the alley ever slower it got even darker then something moved the trash can my eyes darted to it only to see a...............figure of a person "hey" stupid stupid stupid you don't walk into a dark alley way and just say hey to the random figure standing in front of you "uhhh mister can you hear me" I snapped out my thoughts and looked down to see a red headed girl no older than 7 "Uh...hey what did you say" "I said can I have your noodles" and there she gos making puppy eyes I looked at my noodles at her my noodles,her,noodles,her,noodles,her,noodles and finally her "o...o....ok" I reluctantly gave my noodles to her and she devoured the food as if she was starving and honestly she probably was I didn't know what to do how did she get here why was she here she looked up at me "thank you" and she just started walking back, ohhhh brain and mouth don't do this now "wait come back" I practically yelled I saw her slow her pace and turn around walking towards me until she was right in front of me "yes" see now you done screwed up brain hurry and think of words "where are your parents" I asked in a calm voice "t..th...they left me" a arrow went through my heart dam now I gotta watch my words and make the right choice "w...well" all of a sudden my voice became dry just tell her I told myself "well what" she cocked her head side ways confused "you can li...li...live with me if you want" her face lit up like a Christmas tree "REALLY REALLY REALLY" my poor ears "yes yes yes" I mocked back to which she pouted "not funny" "well now I need to see the doctor so I'll call it 75% even" "make it 90 and we have a deal "no" "I'll yell rape" "you wouldn't dare" "wrong I would" she started smirking I just gave in "fine let's go" we started walking and once we got into the light I would see her better she was skinny like really skinny her cloths were not new what so ever but yet some how her hair was clean weird I thought.
After some small talk we reached the entrance of my house "well welcome to my humble adobe or our humble adobe" she let out a little giggle and that's when it hit me I don't know her name we walked into the house which instantly lead to the kitchen and from the kitchen to the living room that connected to a hallway with 2 bedrooms she started walking around and looking at everything like she's never seen any of it before "so Uh what's your name" I asked while scratching my head she stopped in her tracks not sure how to respond "I..I....I don't have one" I could hear her slightly crying I walked up to her and bent down to her level looking her in the eyes while grabbing her chin lightly trying to get her to look up which was successful I looked around real quick and saw a crowbar and looked back at her "you know what" "what" she asked as I wiped away some of her tears "pyrrah pyrrah nikos that's your name has a nice ring to it right" she giggled a bit that's better "ya it does I like it and you know what else" "what" I asked and she hugged me into a deathly hug "father has a nice ring to you" I could hear her cry tears of joy so I hugged her back I knew this would be infesting and stressful but I'm willing to come over all these obstacles for my.......my daughter.
