He slammed the door in my face.
"We'll I guess he wasn't too happy about that" Sarah says.
"Ya think?"
"We'll who needs him! I'll help raise the baby!"
"Thanks. We'll we better get back home."
When we get back home I get 27 missed calls from Dylan. Ring ring ring.
I pick up the phone "Is this Mandi?"
"What do you want.!" I yell. "You go girl!" I hear Sarah yelling in the background.
"I've been thinking and it was wrong how I acted. I will help take care of the baby."
"Mhmm."
"I will."
"Okay. I'll talk to later then." I hang up the call.
The next few weeks have been normal. I started my job at the Police Station. Sarah got a job at McDonalds. Everything has been going very smoothly. Dylan wants to move in he says he'll sleep on the couch. He has a job to pay for rent. I let him stay, it's a 3 bedroom apartment so I said he could have a room till the baby comes.
Weeks later
"Would you like to know what gender your baby is?" Dr. Hylic asks.
"Should I?"
"Yes" Sarah and Dylan answer at the same time.
"Well sure."
"It's a girl"
