you stood in front of the box of tissues, nervous to plunge your hand into the box of names. Honestly, you were only nervous because of a guy named makoto naegi. He was the guy who made your heart skip a beat everytime you saw him. Long story short, he was your crush.

"(y/n) stop being a pussy and pick a piece of paper already you cuntfucc!" Miu grew impatient eventhough it wasn't even her turn yet.

"I-I know just wait! It's not even your turn Miu-"

"(y/n) you've been stuck there for over 5 minutes with your hand stuck in the box, just pick one." hinata pointed out.

"She needs the help of...maaagiiicc.." Himiko said while tiping her hat.

You ignored everything else and quickly picked up the piece of paper. You were hoping it wasn't him and maybe it was your friend chiaki or mahiru. Your eyes read the piece of paper and you nearly fainted from nervousness. Monokuma peeked over (y/n)'s shoulder and giggled at the name.

"Makoto~~ you have 7 minutes with (y/n)!"

The monochrome bear pushed both of them into the the dark closet and bid 'good luck' before locking the door behind them.
(y/n) being the awkward shy girl she is, kept quiet and sat next to makoto with pink dusted cheeks which luckily couldn't be seen in the dark.

"You have the same converse as me!"

(y/n) looked down at her shoes and makoto's.

"Y-Yeah, what a coincidence.."

They kept up a conversation made up of short 'yeah's and 'really?'s but it became a better conversation once makoto asked something.

"Hey..why are you so tense when talking to me?"

Makoto scootched nearer to (y/n) hoping to get an answer that's been bugging him for a while. Meanwhile, (y/n) was busy worrying how their friendship would be since there would be a 50/50 chance of a bad or good ending.

"W-Well.."

She mastered up the courage and finally let out her feelings.

"I..I have a crush on you!"

Makoto kept quiet for a while, overwhelmed. After a few minutes, he let out a small chuckle. (y/n) turned her head and saw Makoto's head inches away from her's. Makoto leaned into her ear and whispered softly.

"I liked you for a while too."
