We're doomed
Don't you see?
We are crumbling to rust
Falling apart
Our statued hopes to dust
Guess we were just sandcastles
Hoping to build an empire
The waves will wash us away
And all that is left
Will be pieces of our love
Scattered within us
Remains of an utopia.
