It was late at night and Malfoy was dragging me through the castle down where Hagrids hut was.

"Malfoy what are we doing?" I question quietly.

"I saw potter and Howell going to Hagrids with the others" He says with a smirk.

I smile and make my way down the hill with Malfoy being careful not to fall as it was dark.

We reach the small hut and we look inside to see them crowded around a table with a baby dragon.

"What even is that?" Malfoy asks me.

"A Norwegian Ridgeback" I say nonchalantly shrugging.

He looked at me but then looked at everyone again.

I wasn't looking at everyone I was just looking at one person.

Dan Howell

He sat looking so intrigued with his chocolate brown eyes and his curly brown locks fit his personality perfectly, I barley knew him but I knew he was perfect in every way.

Then hagrids beard is caught on fire and he patted it out.

Then Hagrid looks directly at us.

"Who's that?" I see him mouth.

"Malfoy and L/c" I hear Harry say and we run.

Me and Malfoy run to professor McGonagalls office.

She looked at Malfoy then me and then seemed. Disappointed?

"Professor! Me and L/c saw Potter,Howell,Hermione and Weasley at Hagrids hut!" He shouts to her out of breathe.

"Is this true miss L/c"

I nod my head but she just glared at me.

She then stood up and began walking out her office and we followed.

As we went down the corridor we could hear them talking.

They stop as McGonagall, appears In front of them.

"Good evening." She says the the group.

Me and Malfoy appears smugly beside her.

McGonagall's classroom. The four accused are standing in front of McGonagall's desk, while Malfoy and I are feet away, smirking.

McGonagall: Nothing, I repeat, nothing gives a student the right to walk about the school at night. Therefore, as punishment for your actions, 50 points will be taken.

Harry: 50?!

McGonagall: Each. And to ensure it doesn't happen again, all six of you will receive detention.

Malfoy nods, then his smile vanishes and he looks petrified at me.

Draco: Excuse me, Professor. Perhaps I heard you wrong. I thought you said..."the six of us."

McGonagall: No, you heard me correctly, Mr. Malfoy. You see, as honorable as your intentions were, you too were out of bed after hours. You will serve detention with your classmates.

I punch Malfoy in the arm for getting me in trouble and I just stare at the floor.

Harry, Ron and Hermione grin.
But Dan stared at me sympathetically.
