It's currently nine o'clock in the morning and Shane Dawson is sat on his famous, stain covered couch while staring at his laptop. He's forced himself to stay awake all night, even though his boyfriend was begging him to get some rest around midnight, but the main reason for him pulling an all-nighter is because he's stressed. He hasn't posted a new video in over a month and his fans are craving for some new content. He has spent hours and hours scrolling through his phone, writing notes and asking some of his friends for ideas, but still nothing has come from all of this hard work.

"SHANE!"

The sudden loud noise causes Shane to jump and almost throw his laptop on the floor.

"YOU'VE BEEN HERE ALL NIGHT?!"

The source of this sudden loud noise was his boyfriend, Ryland Adams. Even though Ryland won't admit it, he does care deeply about Shane's health so seeing him disregard it frustrates him greatly.

"Yeah, but I'm not even tired. Besides, I have to film a new video tomorrow and I still have no idea what I'm going to do for it." Shane explains and Ryland walks over to sit next to him.

"Why don't you just ask the fans? Maybe they'll give you some inspiration. Plus, if you do something they really want to see then you'll get double the views, likes and comments." Ryland says as if it's the most obvious thing in the world.

Shane opens his laptop to log onto Twitter, after giving Ryland a quick kiss on the cheek.

"I can't believe I didn't think of this before. Twitter is such an easy way to interact with the fans and to get their opinion on literally anything. I'm so stupid!"

He pauses for a few seconds and then begins to type...

Hey guys! The squad is filming a new video tomorrow! What do you want us to do the most? Tweet me some ideas :)

It doesn't take long for the responses to come flooding in. The top tweet already has over 100 likes and 53 retweets. As Shane reads what it says, a massive grin forms on his face and he shouts "YES! That's it. That's what I'm going to do."

Ryland peers over his boyfriend's shoulder to have a look at the tweet that made Shane get so excited.

"Do you think Garrett and Andrew will be okay with you doing that?" Ryland questions.

"They didn't hate me when I surprised them with their blind dates on my channel, so I'm sure they won't hate me after doing this." Shane says with a smile on his face. It looks like he's going to burst because he's so enthusiastic about the whole situation.

"Yeah I know, but this is different. They already know each other before the video, also they're best friends. What if it ends up being awkward between them?"

The look of worry forms on Ryland's face as different scenarios start to play out in his head, but Shane isn't concerned.

"It won't be awkward, it will be fun! I will try to keep most of it a surprise for them, so don't say anything. I'll spend the rest of today planning the video and then I'll invite them over tomorrow." Shane informs him and then reaches for his phone that's on the side of the sofa.

He types out a few messages and sends them to Garrett and Andrew, just telling them about tomorrow, but not giving away too much information. All Shane has to do now is form a plan, but he should probably have breakfast first.
