A/N: The Hightop father, Glen Hightop is not to be called "father" by the twins unless they were scolding him, because they despise their father so much. For all of you who wonder.
"Don't be so glum, Angelica. You look just like Alice!" Their father said, trying to make Angelica smile. Even though it just made her angrier than ever because by saying that, their father is obviously indicating that he forgot the fact that Alice and Angelica are twins. "I brought gifts for all of you!" Then with a blink of an eye, appearing in front of each of the three Hightop teens, dolls. To be exact, every Hightop teen got three life-size dolls. None of the teens were happy with these dolls.
Angelica's POV
"Wow. Glen. You'd make an excellent idiot. Oh wait, you are one! I look just like Alice because I'm her TWIN!" I practically started to yell at this coward of a man. Alice and I hate him, not only because he left us, but because he has the guts to now come back.
"Don't be like that to father!" Alex said to me. Ha! As if he ever thought of us as his children! I thought to myself
"Alex, he's not our father. If you say that one more time, I will rip this coward to shreds, along with your little dolls." I got mad, and the anger got to me. I started to freak out. I really didn't mean to!
Alice's POV
"Stop, Angelica, that's enough." I stopped Angelica before she really did rip that guy to shreds. I really wouldn't have cared, but Alex would've been so depressed. Why must that child be so annoyingly similar to the guy?
As they all try to cool down, I took the life-size dolls and examined them carefully. They're enchanted, I thought, he must've thought this was enough to get our forgiveness. Later, he's probably going to tell us that it's enchanted and it will keep us company or something like that.
Normal POV
"These dolls are enchanted, aren't they?" Alice pointed out to the crowd, making every eye turn to her direction. "Let me guess.... transformed from wizards/witches?" Glen nodded and Alice continued "It does everything a living person would do and is given to us to make up for your past and soon-to-happen disappearance, isn't it?" Everyone was speechless toward Alice's amazing detective skills.
"Yes, yes, and yes. Amazing, isn't it? Smart as always, dear-" Glen replied but got cut-off.
"Don't call me your daughter. I stopped being your daughter the day you left." Alice remarked. Both Angelica and Alice stopped considering Glen as a Hightop the day he left.
Swiftly, the young but advanced witch turned the dolls into their human form. Alice has three wizards, Angelica has two wizards and a witch, and Alex has two witches and a wizard.
"Greetings, young master, I'm Lance." The first doll out of Alice's three dolls introduced. Then Kenny and Peter joined in. The minute Alice saw Kenny, she thought she was in love.
"Oh gosh." Alice whispered.
