I rose up from bed covered in sweat. I took a deep breath. It was just a nightmare. “Are you okay?” Grace asked sitting at the edge of her bed her hair wet, wrapped in one of the hotels robes.

“Yeah just a nightmare” I said.

“Okay...” she said plugging in the blow dryer to dry her hair.

“You need to change your look” I said shifting placing my feet on the ground.

“What is wrong with my look?!” she said offended over the noise of the hair dryer.

“Nothing but you have to become unrecognizable” I said.

“I could...” she thought about it for a minute, turning off the blow dryer “Dye my hair?” she said grabbing a piece of her long brown hair.

“Perfect” I said.

“Well then let’s go out and buy it” she said.

“You go, I can’t be seen out there” I said.

“Oh c’mon! It’s Los Angeles! Plus who will protect me if the government shows up?” she said. She had a point.

“Fine” I said. We arrived at a small pharmacy and were looking through the different colors. I kept my sunglasses on for the fear of being recognized, you would be surprised who is working for the government.

“I like this color!” she said pulling her brown hair down the side of her shoulder.

“That is a really stand out red” I said unsure.

“If I’m going to dye my hair it is not going to be a lame color are we clear” she glared at me.

“Alright” I smirked.

“Good” she said. She looked at the men’s hair dye, then back at me.

“Oh no you are not changing the color of my hair.” I argued.

“If I am going to dye mine you are going to do yours” she smiled. I grabbed my long blonde hair.

“Maybe you have a point” I said.

“Okay now I like the blonde so how about we just go a shade darker so you don’t lose the whole blonde look, this is going to be so much fun!” she cheered.

“Fine” I agreed all too willingly. She grabbed a color that didn’t look too bad and we went up to the cash register.
