The two stared at each other, frozen. Valerie knew it was true. There was no way of denying it. Harry Styles was a vampire. Her crush, was a blood sucking monster. It was the most awkward moment in the history of moments. Harry nervously folded and unfolded his palms. Had he really given her the answer? Had he really told her his secret? Valerie stared at him with wide eyes not sure if she should run or not. She now knew why he was afraid to be around her. Why he was afraid he'd hurt her. Valerie spoke up first.

"Harry... " she began, trying to sound calm. He looked startled but listened. "I... I don't care. I umm... Really, really like you." she admitted. As soon as she said that, she bit her lip, regretting every word. Why on Earth would she just tell a monster that she had a crush on him? She looked at him for any reaction, but he remained still, looking more shocked than anything.

"Y-You do?" he stammered. Valerie nodded.

"Yeah..." she said shyly. "I.. um... have had a crush on you for a while now..." she mumbled, looking down at the ground... This was certainly not how she wanted to tell him, but she couldn't deny that it was true. Harry's face brightened a bit.

"Really? Because... Because I like you too!" he exclaimed, a smile breaking on to his face. "I really really like you!" he added, smiling, revealing his dimples. This was the first time Valerie had ever seen Harry smile... And it was because of her. She smiled at him, and pulled him into a hug.

"Harry!" she whispered in his ear. "This isn't how I planned on telling you, but it's true!" she said, a grin planted on her face. She didn't even care that he was capable or killing her. He liked her and she liked him... And that's what mattered to them right now.

The Next Week...

Harry toyed with Valerie's hair, occasionally picking out pieces of grass from laying in the field for so long. It had been another one of those odd sunny days, and of course Harry had schived off school, and Valerie had decided to follow in his footsteps as well.

"Harry," began Valerie. "Can I ask you something?" Harry stopped playing with her hair and looked at her with his adorable smile.

"Of course you can, love." Valerie smiled.

"Well... Are your siblings... You know... Vampires as well?" she asked awkwardly. Harry just smiled at her sweetly.

"Yep. And so is Simon." by Simon, he was talking about 'Mr. Cowell' who insisted that Valerie called him, 'Simon' now that she was 'in the loop'. After a lot if begging and pleading, Harry convinced Simon to let him and Valerie see each other. Simon was still a little bitter now that Harry had confessed to Valerie without his permission.

"Cool... So different topic, what's the name of your other sister? The one with the curly hair?" she asked.

"Danielle. Danielle Peazer. She's with Liam." he explained. Valerie nodded. "And Zayn's with Zoya, and I'm with you, lovely." he said, flashing her a cute grin, revealing his dimples. Valerie smiled.

"So, tell me again..." Valerie began. Harry rolled his eyes and shoved her playfully.

"Valerie! You ask so many questions!" he said, but by the look on his face he obviously didn't mind.
