Chapter 13

Laura's POV

''What days will you be working and hours?'' Ashton asks me, Wednesday afternoon, while we are on dinner, ''Thursday, Friday and Saturday, on Thursday 12 to 6, Friday 8-3 and Saturday 12-6'' I explain to him, watching him nod, ''I could pick you up from work on all days, if you wanted and could take you to work on Thursday and and Friday?'' He offers, making me smile at him.

''You don't have to do that?'' I frown, making him smile ''I finish work on Saturday at 6 and Lush is down the road, so it's easy'' He shrugs, making me nod at him ''And you could always stay mine on the Thursday night?'' He offers, making me bite my lip ''Only if you're sure about it because I don't mind getting the bus?'' I say, making him smile ''I would rather take you'' He smiles, kissing my cheek and leaning back in his seat.

''How did the trail go yesterday by the way?'' He then asks, making me smile ''It went amazing, some girl called Dani was showing me around, she from London'' I shrug, making him smile, ''Well as long as everything goes good, you in the same hours as Michelle's brother or you okay with that?'' He asks, making me smile ''He's only on my Saturday, but he works the 8-3 shift'' I explain, watching him nod ''Just let me know if he says anything to you'' He says and I nod.

''Boys are twats'' Chloe says, sitting in the chair next to me with a glare on her face, ''What happened?'' I raise an eyebrow, putting my hair back up in a bun, which was done on Monday, a lighter blonde, ''Me and Michael still aren't talking, I've tried to say sorry, but he isn't having it'' She explains, making me frown, ''Why isn't he talking to you?'' Ashton asks, making me nod because she hasn't told me the reason either.

''Well...I understand why he isn't talking to me because what I did was bad, but I...fuck'' She comments, biting her lip and sighing ''The party on Friday, the reason I didn't stay at Michael's, it was a family party and I got tipsy, but my brothers friend was pissed drunk and he kissed me, I didn't kiss back, but my brother took a picture and sent it to Michael and he doesn't believe me'' She explains, making me frown and look at her sadly.

''I think we're about to break up Laura and it's all my fault'' She wipes her eyes and then gets up and rushes to the bathrooms, ''I'm gonna follow her'' I say to Ashton, who frowns and nods, then I follow her into the bathrooms and pull her into a big hug when I see her, ''I'm sure everything will work out fine Chloe, you just need to give him time'' I explain when she pulls back and I hand her some tissue.

''You looking forward to starting your job?'' My mum asks, as we eat are food, ''Yeah, I'm a little scared'' I shrug, placing some food in my mouth, she frowns at me, ''I'm sure you will do amazing sweetheart, just don't worry too much about it because then you won't be able to sleep'' She says, making me smile and nod at her, as I finish up eating.

''I'm gonna wash my dish and then go get a shower'' I say, standing up from my seat and walking into the kitchen and washing my plate and putting it away, I then head upstairs, walking into my bedroom and checking my phone, while sitting on my bed.

But I just put my phone down and head into the bathroom, turning the shower on, I grab my shampoo and shower gel, before undressing out off my uniform and placing it in my washing basket, which I will have to wash tomorrow or something.

My mum has three washing baskets in the bathroom, her's, mine and Zac's (Can't remember what I named her brother, so yeah) she does her's and Zac's and I do mine, because I'm old enough.

After I've showered, I put my stuff away and wrap myself in a towel, before walking back into my bedroom and closing my blinds, so no one can see in, before grabbing some fluffy pajamas out my draw and changing into them, before sitting down at my desk, grabbing my hair dryer and drying my hair.

Once it's dry, I put it up in a high pony and sort out my room, before turning my TV on and putting Kardashians on and then checking my phone.

Message From Ashton:

FaceTime me??? xx

 I smile at the message, before pressing the FaceTime button and watching as my face pops up on the screen, not a minute later Ashton accepts the call and he grins when seeing me, ''Hey you'' He says, sitting down on the couch, shoving something in his mouth, which makes me raise an eyebrow.

''Everything okay?'' I ask, plugging my charger into my phone because it's on 3%, ''Everything is good, I just missed you'' He pouts, making me laugh slightly, ''We seen each other, not even 3 hours ago'' I laugh, making him shrug ''I can still miss you'' He grins cheekily at me.

''I think Chloe and Michael have broke up'' He then says, making my eyes widen ''What? Why?'' I frown, leaning back into the head board of my bed ''Chloe has left the group chat and put a snap up with a broken heart'' He explains, making me frown, ''Fucking hell, really do hope they sort shit out'' I say, watching as Ashton nods, agreeing with me.

''This has happened once before, they probably be back together by Friday'' He says, making me frown and nod ''I hope so, they are good for each other, has Michael said anything?'' I ask, making Ashton shake his head ''No, he's not been online for a day, he was a little down in lesson today, but I will ring him later on'' Ashton says, making me nod.

''Do it now and then ring me back, let me know if he's okay'' I ask, ''Okay, I will do babe'' He smiles, blowing a kiss at the camera, making me laugh and do that right back, ''I'll speak you soon babe, byeee'' He waves, me waving back before he hangs up the call.

I just hope everything is okay.
