Love is the 7th sense of human that destroys all the six senses and make the person nonsense, according to a famous scientist. Well, you know what I say to that? , "F**k You!" I started to hate those kind of things I see in the internet. Before, I was just laughing and believing on those kind of stuff.
According to other people in the internet, Love is a great feeling, the one that softens your heart, the strength and weaknesses of all people.
That night, I received a message from Kei ...
"Marzia, how bout we choose our song? Our favorite soundtrack for us?"
I haven't thought of that, picking the perfect song for us. I started choosing from my 1243 songs on my phone. Kei was also choosing a song for us. I had crazy suggestions like the song "My brain says stop, but my heart says go" by FM Static. The song has a happy mood in it. The genre was too funky for us so not that one. Another song I thought about was "Your Guardian Angel" by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. It was not too loud and not too silent and has a good acoustic sound. I was still looking for something even better. Other songs I thought about was "James Dean and Audrey Hepburn" by Sleeping with Sirens and "Stereo Hearts" by Gym Class Heroes. I still searched for more. Kei messaged me and suggested a song for us.
"A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri. How about this one?"
I was like"My God! Why haven't I thought of that!?" It was one of my favorites. I love that song. I listen to it everyday. The song was beautiful. It has a great genre and the perfect song for us. The lyrics were beautiful and was stuck in my mind. So we agreed that was our song. I quickly put on my earphones and played the song while we continued to chat.
"Marzia, can I ask you something?" Kei said.
"What is it?" I asked.
"Is it true they say that love is forever?" Kei asked.
"Love is true, but Forever? Maybe. I'm not sure. Why?" I replied.
"Because if it is true that love is forever, your forever is all that I need." Kei said.
Love is real. No denial about that. Forever is something I wish was true.
"You light up my sky, just like a firefly. I wanna feel your love, I need you in my life." I replied.
"You are my princess, I am your knight in shining armor." Kei replied.
We said our goodnights and ended our conversation... I slept with my earphones on and listened to our song the whole night.
