Everyone gathered in the square. The maple-colored box came out of the Emperors Chambers. There was a silence in the nation, as if no one had the audacity to break it. As the coffin made it's way down the stairs and through the crowd, Trinity's eyes filled with water. I didn't even know her for seventeen years, but I could tell she was always a good person. She wanted to be buried in Wær, the place where she met my father. As it was lowered into the ground, my fears and worries went with it. It was the end; the end of an era, the end of a life, and the end of hatred throughout the world.
It was a nice small service. There were only three people in attendance because I requested it be private, they were Trinity, Sapal, and I. Solstice was going to be there, but she had to get back to her town outside of Yew. Afterwards, we headed back to Hunst to mourn.
After two weeks, Trinity and I took over the Emperors Chambers. We changed the name of the Emperors Chambers to the House of Royalty. The government was now a democratic monarchy where the people would vote for the rulers. We were now known as King Detrick I and Queen Trinity I. Sapal lost in the voting polls against me, but I named him as Head Monarch, giving him the power of the military.
