chapter 26

Stacie's pov.

"Do you want to go upstairs?" i ask

aubrey. We are currently sitting on the couch together with her on my lap. She turns around a little to look at me and kisses my forehead.

"If you want to then it is fine with me." aubrey says.

I smile and kiss her cheeck.

"Lets go." i whisper.

Aubery stands up and so do i.

"We are going upstairs. See you tomorrow guys." i say with a wave.

I take aubreys hand and start to walk upstairs.

"I hope that beca and chloe aren't doing anything right now." aubrey says.

I shake my head and laugh.

"I think that they would deserve it. After all that beca went through." i say.

Aubrey thinks for a moment and then nods.

"And besides, if they were doing it then you would have heard it. I once caught chloe in a bathroom. I first thought that she was dying. She's crazy loud!" i tell aubrey.

Aubrey nods and laughs.

"What did you expect? It's chloe. She's loud with everything that she does." aubrey says while laughing.

I open the door and stop laughing. What i see infront of me isn't what aubrey or i expected to see. We see chloe holding and soothing a crying beca. Why is she crying. Me and aubrey walk in and kneel infront of chloe and beca.

"What's going on becs?" i ask her in a soothing voice.

Chloe looks at me and smiles a little.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" aubrey asks beca.

Beca doesn't answer and chloe shakes her head.

"She isn't hurt." chloe says.

Beca sits up and wipes her face with the sleeves of her sweater. I put my hands on her knees and look into her eyes.

"What's going on becs? You can tell us." i say.

Beca looks at chloe for a moment and then looks at us.

"I just got a little scared because of what happend the past few days." beca says in a weak voice.

I smile at her and wipe away some tears.

"You don't have to be scared becs. We all were to be honest tho. But you saved us. Well, kind of. You saved us together with jason and max. You don't have to be scared. And now with your sick powers you can defend us even beter!" i say with a smile.

"We need a superhero name for you. What about wonder dj?" aubreys asks with a smile.

Beca smiles a little and shakes her head.

"No? I thought that you would like that one. How about beca effin Mitchel?" aubreys asks.

Beca is smiling now and shakes her head again. Aubrey sighs and throws her arms in the air.

"I give up! It is impossible to get a superhero name for you." aubrey says.

Beca's pov.

I laugh a little at aubrey. I'm glad that they decided to cheer me up. I really need my friends right now. And also my beautifull girlfriend.

"What about titanium?" chloe asks me.

I look at her and raise my eyebrow.

"You want my superhero name to be the title from your lady jam?" i ask her.

Chloe shrugs and smiles.

"It has some good memories." she says.

I shake my head and laugh.

"Good memories? Please tell me about it." stacie says with a smirk.

"Did you do it with chloe's lady jam?" stacie asks.

I laugh and shake my head.

"No, but there is a funny story behind it." i say.

"Please tell us." aubrey says.

"It actually is the reason why i decided to go to the auditions." i say.

"I was in the showers the day after that we first met. I turned on the shower and started singin titanium. I was facing the wall so i didn't see chloe opening the curtain, but she suddenly says 'you can sing!' while scaring the shit out off me. She decided to step into my shower, naked! She tells me how that titanium is her lady jam and that i should sing it for her." i say with a smile.

Stacie and aubrey stary to laugh and aubrey hits chloe's knee.

"You asked her to sing your lady jam the second time you met, right after invading her shower?" aubrey asks.

Chloe starts to blush and groans.

"Not for that reason!" she says.

"That's exactly what she said after that i said no. But then she said that she wouldn't leave until i started singing. So then we started to sing our first duet together. In the shower. While the both of us were naked." i say.

We all are laughing now.

"What are you guys laughing about?"

we look up and see emily standing there with a smile on her face.

"We will tell you later. What's up?" stacie says.

"I thought that you guys could use something to drink. I brought you guys some water." emily says.

I smile and stretch my arms up in the air.

"I could also use some sleep." i say with a smile.

"Uuuhm beca? Do not lower your hands." emily says.

I stop my movements and do not open my eyes.

"Why?" i ask.

"Just, open your eyes." stacie says.

I slowly open them and look at emily. The water is floating. The water is fucking floating. Am i doing that?

Chloe's pov.

I see beca looking at the water in shock. I slowly stand up and grab a bucket. I look at beca and notice that she is starting to shake. She just told us how scared she was of these powers and now this happens? A new power? I put the bucket underneath the water.

"Stacie, grab the bucket and hold it there." i say.

Stacie nods and takes the bucket. I walk towards beca and kneel down infront of her. I slowly take her arms and pull them down.

"I got the water!" stacie says.

Emily sits next to beca and looks at me in concern.

"She's scared because of her powers." i tell her.

She nods in understanding and hugs her.

"No reason to be afraid. Now that you can move water, you don't have to go and swim again to cross a river." emily says.

Beca slowly looks up at her and stares at her.

"Not funny?" emily asks.

"You are a genius." beca says.

We all laugh and shake our heads.

"Doesn't mean that i'm not going to teach you anymore. As soon as we get back we will start with the lessons again." i say.

Beca falls back on the bed with a groan. This is going to be fun.
