I don't wanna fucking read your damn books.

Don't you just hate it when that happens? When someone just randomly pops a message like the title of this chapter through pm?

Random person: HI!!!!!!!! Luv ur books! Red min!

Me: No. Just no.

Here is the thing, I get these messages a couple of times a month and to me they're like my spam mail in my email. I don't give a shit what it's about. Because I know that if the author is low enough to beg for reads, then that means they're book ain't nice because the author is begging for you to read it.

And another side note. The author says she or he loves your/my books but doesn't even bother voting or commenting. Heck, whenever someone pms me something like that, I interrogate them. I ask them which book they read, what they like about it, what's the main fucking character's name.

Yeah, it takes them like 5 minutes to reply because they're looking for the answers in the actual book -.- ( this also happens on mesage boards though )

Then there are the people in threads. Gosh! They are equally as irritating. Today I was in some thread, chatting with people, then the thread got stagnant, it got silent. No one was chatting, no one was talking. Then in my subscription box, I spotted that someone posted a messege, so I went to check.

Turns out it went something like this ( I'm too lazy to copy the whole thing X.X ): HI! My name is ( insert name here  ) and it would mean totes a lot if you would just read my book! I mean! I totally need the reads and all that. ( Fine, the last part I jus added lol )

To be honest she was being polite and all, but it still pissed me off.

Why you might ask.

Because there is a fucking thread for fucking advertising and she just posted it in the thread I was in, which was just about random shit.

Then, there is the worst of the worst.

When people advertise on your book. They say things like this:

Random Person: HAY! Yer book is like totes amaze! But you know whatz better? My book! * insert link here * CHECK IT OUTTTTTT

some look like this

Random Person: Love the book! THe plot is like perf, I fell in love with the characters and all. Mind checking out my story? * insert link to story here *

yeah, it's damn irritating if you ask me.

I had a comment like that once or twice in my whole wattpad life and it ain't a pretty feeling. Cause it's like the person is flat out pointing out that their book is better than yours.

The first time this fucking happened to me I checked out the damn book. And I regret it. It was some cross between a Twilight fanfiction that involved 5SOS or was it 1D turning into a bunch of vampires ( now don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE 5SOS [ Luke is perf! ], but that was just too much, they aren't meant to be vampires.)

Yeah, my eyes burned from reading it. The grammar sucked, the plot stinked and overall concept was something I clearly wasn't into.

So yeah, lesson for the day:

1.) Don't advertise your stories anywhere except on the Share Your Story threads in EACH damn club.

2.) Don't turn any of the 5SOS members into vampires with stupid plots( if you value your ears, because I shall scream if I see something as crappy again). Normal fanfictions, I can take, but that one was stepping ot of the line . . .
