I practically ran behind warren as he walked quickly towards the door of the still very intimidating prison. Girl I was not made for running, neither were these heels. I caught up to him and grabbed his arm, " hey s-slow down" I spoke faintly, trying to catch my breath. He stopped and turned to me, the bag of what I assume is money waving next to his side "What's the plan?" I questioned, " don't worry about it, just stand there looking pretty I've got it handled." He smiled. I let go of his arm " don't patronise me, there's more to me than my face" I spoke, slightly annoyed. Warren chuckled, and began walking again, I followed . "I'm sure there is, doll face." He reached for the handle of the prison door, " but leave this to me, okay?" He turned to face me whilst still holding the handle, "sure" I replied, he smiled again and turned back around to open the door.

Warren entered, I followed close behind him with my arms wrapped around my self for comfort. He slammed the bag down on the desk in front of the same officer I had seen previously, the officer jumped in his seat making me chuckle a little. Warren shot me a glare, I slapped my hand over my mouth quickly. Oops.

"Two hundred thousand dollars for the state and fifty thousand for your own pocket if you release Jason McCann right now" warren stated strongly, unzipping the black back that stayed sat in front of the officer. The officer cleared his throat and looked straight into warrens eyes, "I can't" he stated. Warren shook his head, "buddy you know how this works, even if you keep him here your offices and investigators aren't gonna be able to charge my homie, this is a waste of your time and of America's money. Take this, let him go, wipe the record once again and we will be on our way." I watched warren and the officer intently, the officer switched his gaze from him to me and back to warren, "who's she?" The officer questioned pointing to me, "I saw her y-" "irrelevant" warren spat, slamming his fist onto the counter, " take the damn money and let my bro go, or else." He threatened. I was slightly attracted towards this side of warren, but again I was only here for Jason.

The officer shifted in his seat and took a look inside the bag again. He zipped it back up and dropped it onto the floor next to him behind the counter, "fine, but just so you know, you guys are being watched and we're doing everything we can to get y'all incarcerated" he seethed, placing his walkie talkie towards his mouth, " McCann has been granted bail-" he paused, "again. Get him changed and quickly get him and his crew out of my sight" the officer spoke into his walkie talkie, his eyes locked onto warrens as he did so. A smug smile crept onto my face, as warren turned around to face me, he grabbed my arm slightly and turned me around to face the same direction he was, "tell him to meet me outside" warren spoke to the officer with his back facing him. His grip on my arm tightened slightly and he lightly pushed me towards the edit.

"Are we not going to wait for him?" I quested, looking up at warren as we walked out the prison towards the car. "No-" he spoke "not here" he corrected himself, his hand still tight on my arm as he opened the car door for me. I got in, he let go of me and walked round to the drivers side. I watched. He closed the door and placed his hands on the wheel. His head hit the back on the head rest and his eyes closed. I watched. He sighed, " he better not take forever" softly he spoke, I watched.

"are you okay?" I questioned, warrens eyes opened as he looked at me with a smile. "I'm fine, thank you." He tapped my leg, "okay" I smiled back, his hand returned back to the wheel and his eyes closed again, silence crept over us. I sighed and looked at the rear view mirror, I saw Jason making his way down the road. He looked good.

"He's here" I warned warren, his eyes opened and he grabbed the key and put it into the ignition, his hands began to tap the wheel as we waited for Jason to reach the car. The door opened and he climbed in, I looked back into the mirror and Jason's eyes burned into mine. He smiled and I returned the gesture. Warren turned the key and the car awoke, I looked at him, his jaw clenched. He looked pissed, "you coming to ours?" Warren questioned bluntly, not looking at me, " if that's not a problem?" "Well-" warren was interrupted, "that's not a problem" Jason answered for him, warren shook his head. I looked back at Jason again, and smiled. Welp, way to make me feel loved warren.

The rest of the journey was silent, painfully silent. I spent the whole ride staring out the window watching the rain as it began to fall again. Warren still looked pissed and my only guess as to why is what the officer said to him about them being watched. But surely this is something that is not unusual to them? According to Jason's records he's been dabbling in this world of crime for quite some time. Surely part of being in this life is the threat of being watched?

The car stopped. We had arrived back at their house. Warren quickly got out and stormed up to the door, myself and Jason got out. " what's up with him?" He questioned, as we watched warren walk inside leaving the door open for us. I shrugged, "I'm not sure, maybe the fact he's just dropped like two hundred thousands dollars to get you out" I replied, I didn't mean for it to sound sarcastic or catty but it came out that way. Jason's arm brushed against me, we continued to stare at the door warren had just walked through. " that's like five dollars to us, it's really not that big of a deal" Jason chuckled, I turned to face him and smiled, "I'm glad you're out, just don't try to kill me again" I joked, he frowned, "I'm sorry" "it's fine, honestly. I provoked you" "you didn't" he protested, turning to face me he rubbed my arm to comfort me. My body became hot at his touch.

"This looks good on you" he smirked, pulling at the hoodie covering my top half, "it's just a hoodie?" My eyebrows furrowed, as he continued to play with the fabric, "yeah but it's mine" he paused, "should wear my stuff more, it suits you" he cheesed, his hand making it's way down the the small of my back. I scoffed and pushed him away playfully, "don't touch me" I joked. "No promises" he played along, I looked into his brown eyes for a second and got lost, "we should go inside before it rains again" Jason looked towards the sky, grey clouds rolling over us again. "Okay"
