Do you see it?
"No."
Do you see it's warm glow or comforting haze?
"No."
Do you feel the crispness of the cool night air wrap around your face?
"No."
Can you feel Him?
"No."
Can you feel your heart struggle to survive?
"..."
Can you hear it crying?
"..."
Can you let Him touch it?
"..."
Can you let Him heal you?
"Who?"
You.
"Me?"
Yes.
"Why?"
Do you want to be healed?
"I'm not sure. What's the point the of getting glued back together when I won't be same? What's the point of even trying? Why care? Why love? Why the hell do you wanna be me? Why should I love myself? Why let myself down again into the hole I dug with my bare hands? Why should I-"
Even live?
"..."
If you can ask those questions, then you are trying to see what I have saw. Trying to find what I have found. Trying to feel what I have felt.
"What?"
You are trying to see the good in yourself. Trying to find the reason behind breathing. Trying the feel the unexplainable feeling that gives you peace for a split second. Do you see it?
"No. What am I looking for?"
You tell me. Love, yourself, God, hope? If you find one, you find all of them.
"Where is it?"
You tell me. Are you looking inside yourself to see darkness and pain or the glitter that shines through? Now, I ask again. Do you see it?

In case you couldn't tell from my previous works, I write in almost a mysterious way. I don't blame you for unable to understand this. Here's what's going on. In italics is the alternate person of the narrator. And in quotes is the narrator. I hope this piece challenges you to look inside yourself and see the change you want to see in there. I hope you open yourself to the elements and world around you, in hope that you'll open yourself up for change. If you don't see it, then pretend you do. Fake it until you make it. Maybe it'll come true. Be the change you want to see in the world and yourself. Allow yourself to make mistakes and enable yourself to learn from them. Tell me your perspective in the comments.
