Hannah and Luke watched the news. The decathlon team went to Washington DC for a decathlon competition. They were talking about what had just occurred in Washington DC.
Hannah gripped her uncle's hand as they talked about Midtown High's decathlon team being stuck in the elevator and Spider - Man going to the rescue. She bit her lip, hoping her friends are okay.
"Oh, God," Luke said.
"I really hope they're okay," Hannah said.
Her phone suddenly started ringing, causing her to jump.
"It's Anthony," Hannah said. "Hello," she answered the phone.
"Hello? Hey," Anthony said. "Are you watching the news?"
"Yeah, I am," she said. "Uncle Luke and I are watching it now."
"What happened?" he asked. "What really happened?"
"I don't know," she said. "I'll call Peter in a sec and see what happened."
"Hannah, again, Peter isn't Spider - Man!" Anthony said.
"I stopped saying he was," Hannah said. "And he's part of the decathlon team, remember?
"He's part of the team?" Anthony asked. "I thought he quit."
"He rejoined the team," Hannah said.
"They'll be back in school on Monday," Hannah said. "But I'm gonna call him tonight."
"Okay," Anthony said. "Let me know what he says."
"Okay, I will," she said. "I'll talk to you later."
Hannah hung up the phone.
Hannah called Peter later that day, asking him what happened. He told her he'll tell her everything on Monday at school. He thought it would be a good idea to explain everything in person instead of the phone.

Monday rolled around and Hannah went to school. Peter and Ned were back at school from the decathlon meet. Peter explained everything to Hannah about what happened. Hannah wished she was surprised, but she wasn't. With everything that has been happening the last few years, it's not surprising at all.
"... just like a Bon Jovi concert," Charles, a member of the decathlon team, said on the TV screen at school.
"As you know," Mr. Harrington said, appearing on the screen, "we made it out alive, and that's the important thing. I couldn't bear to lose a student on a school trip. Not again," the camera zoomed in on Mr. Harrington's face.
"Thankfully, no one was seriously injured, thanks to the Spider-Man," Jason, another member of the decathlon team.
"Thank you, Spider - Man," Jason and Betty said, awkwardly.
"Up next," Jason said. "The Spider-Man and Spark mania is sweeping the school. How can you show your spider and spark spirit?"
Peter smiled as he and Hannah walked past the TV showing the student news. A few students are standing around the TV to watch the news. As Peter cheerfully enters another hall, Ned joins him.
"Dude, dude, dude, dude," Ned said to Peter. "What is it like being famous when nobody knows it's you?"
"Crazy, dude," he said, smiling.
"It's crazy. Should we tell everyone?" Ned asked.
"No," Peter said.
"It's a terrible idea," Hannah added.
"Should I tell everyone?" Ned rephrased his question.
"No, dude, no," Peter said, "that's not a good idea."
"Ned, no one can know," Hannah said. "Anyways, come on, we'll be late to class."
"I'm not going to class," Peter said,
"Peter, you're already in so much trouble for ditching the decathlon," Ned said.
"Yeah," Hannah agreed. You will end up getting into more trouble for ditching class."
"guys, listen, I figured it out, right?" Peter said. "The wing suit guy is stealing from Damage Control. And what he takes from Damage Control, that's how he builds the weapons. So all I gotta do is catch him. With Spark," he gave Hannah a look.
She gave Peter a look. She was going to help, but she doesn't agree with Peter ditching school.
"But we have a Spanish quiz," Ned said.
"Ned, I'm probably never gonna come back here. Mr. Stark is moving the Avengers upstate, so when I bring this guy in-"
"You want to be a high school dropout?" Hannah cut him off.
"I am so far beyond high school right now," he said, walking backwards.
"Parker, my office," Principal Morita said, walking out of his office.
Hannah and Ned watched Peter walk into Principal Morita's office. He glanced back at him as he walked into the office. Principal Morita walked into his office once Peter was in there and closed the door behind him.
Hannah took a deep breath.
"Come on, Ned," Hannah said. "We have that Spanish quiz."
"Yeah," he agreed, sadly. "Let's go to class."
The two began to walk to their Spanish class.
"I really hope Peter doesn't get into serious trouble," Ned said.
"Yeah, me too," she said.
