Budgies love to chew things, make sure to have lots of shredding toys for them. They also like mirrors, but those are recommended for budgie that are kept alone. (See chapter 'Multiple birds' for more)
They love to climb so providing a ladder is a must, unless you have a cage that is horizontal on all sides. Also you can add a swing, it is not absolutely necessary, but your budgie might like it.
