Victoria (Toriee) Montgomery has just moved to Beverly Hills after the tragic death of her father. She is now re-united with her half-brother Teddy who she has missed dearly but meeting his friends she feels more than she should for one of them, Liam Court. He is the surfer bad boy, but he also has the same feelings for Toriee. The only problem is Teddy doesn't want his sister being seen with someone like him, so what are they supposed to do?
