"Cam, I don't know. I am not use to being around his type of people." I said fiddling with my phone.
"What type of people, Lex?He is an Actor who keeps a low profile. He has normal friends like everyone else." She said.
"I know. I'll do it."
"Don't do it because I said so. Do it because you want to. And I know you want to." She said. I smiled.
"But don't get your hopes up for something to happen between you and Michael." She said.
"I'm not." I said.
"Girl. Yes you are. You already thinking of baby names." She said laughing. I rolled my eyes.
"Never that serious Cam." I said.
"But for real Lex. I was doing some reading-"
"You mean stalking?"
"I was reading. The information wouldn't be online if they didn't want me to read it." She said. I laughed.
"As I was saying. I read that he only dates white girls." She said.
"Cam you can't seriously believe that?" I said. She shrugged.
"Well I didn't at first, until I went looking for pictures. He really don't mess with black girls and if they are they ain't like dark. They mixed or something." She said.
"I still don't believe that but it don't matter cause like I said before, not interested." I said. She stale faced me.
"Whatever lie you have to tell yourself. But message him." She said.
I looked through my contacts and saw his name.
Me: Hey is the offer still on the table?
