(This is the closest thing I could really find to match the Melanie I had pictured in my head. And I also included what her outfit was, just in case you wanted to see it. So yeah, enjoy chapter seven! This will be long.)
Morgan's POV
It was about eight thirty by the time I had woken up, showered, dressed and got out the door this morning. I had called Melanie yesterday morning and told her to meet us in the conference room for her first case. I know she isn't a certified FBI agent, or even in the BAU but she was our best shot. Top of her class and a profiling goddess ... she was just the person we needed. She argued over the fact that she was just a trainee for a long time but after a lot of convincing and sweet talk, she agreed. Telling her that this was Hotch's son that was missing was a game changer for her. She knew as much as everyone else that Hotch could not afford to lose his son, the only piece he had left of himself.
While driving down the highway towards town, the weather was worse today. It was still pouring rain and the sky was surrounded in clouds, making it pitch black. Street lights were still on and it seemed like it was practically the middle of the night. Turning up my radio, my eighties jam playlist was interrupted by the familiar storm-warning blare that sounded like a dying rhino. Beep, beep, beep. beooooooooooooooooooooop. The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado watch for the following areas: Stafford County, Fair-fax County, Faquier County and Prince William County. Beep, beep, beep. Beep bee-
I slammed off the radio. Oh shoot. Hotch was not going to like this. Even though it was freaking November still, there was a tornado watch and I could do nothing about it. Hotch's son was kidnapped right out of his won house with a bad fever, he could be out in this terrible weather right now with it and to top it all off ... there was a tornado watch. I scowled and shook my head, speeding faster down the highway. I really needed to get to the office and figure out how were going to catch this SOB.

Reader's POV
Morgan waited anxiously in lobby, peering around to spot brown locks and a bright smile. Finally, he saw Melanie walk through the office doors, wearing her usually bright smile and looking as beautiful as ever. Morgan had to admit he was starting to crush on this girl a little bit. As she was about to ask the receptionist where the BAU offices were, Morgan rushed up behind her.
"Melanie! Hey, looking good!" He said slyly. Melanie blushed.
"Hey Morgan!" she smiled brightly, ignoring his compliment and giving him a big hug. Morgan turned to the receptionist.
"I'll be taking her up." He shot the middle aged receptionist a cheeky smile and flashed a wink and she blushed.
As Melanie and Morgan walked away, Morgan's arm over Melanie's shoulder, they both giggled at the lady's reaction and how Morgan could sweet talk anybody, no matter their age. They walked over to the elevator and Morgan punched the 'up' button, which would take the pair up to the BAU office floor. Morgan was excited to introduce Melanie to the team and get started with her brand new pair of gorgeous eyes. He was a little hesitant to see how Hotch reacted to her but he vowed to kick his butt if he started running his mouth. Finally the elevator doors opened and Melanie and Morgan stepped in. Morgan pressed the '5' button and the elevator started moving it's way up.
"Do you think they'll like me?"
Morgan turned to face Melanie, who was currently biting her lip and nervously drumming her hands on her thighs like she always did when she was nervous. Morgan flashed her a comforting smile and put his arm around her shoulder and tugged her in for a hug.
