For the next few days Andy was quiet. He didn't call and the police didn't find any way of tracking him. Of course the one time Andy did call was in the middle of math class. Jacelyn excused herself from class by asking to go to the restroom. So she left class and and answered the call almost immediately. She immediately saw that Andy was soaking wet, she wasn't sure how his phone was still working.
"The car was pushed into the river near that new catholic church. I'm sinking fast." Andy says with fear sleeping more into his voice with every word.
"I'm in school. How am I supposed to get there?" Jacelyn asks
"Call the cops. I don't want you to worry. Just call the police and tell them where I am." Andy says. Jacelyn nods and he hangs up. Jacelyn calls the cops, explained what had happened, and went back to class.

At lunch Zachary was poundering her with questions.
"How does he even know where he is if he's in a trunk?" Zachary asks
"I don't know." Jacelyn replies
"Have the cops found him yet?" Zachary asks
"I don't know!" Jacelyn rolls her eyes.
"This doesn't add up. There's no way he kept his phone dry while in a trunk filled with water and he knows exactly where he is. How does one do that?" Zachary asks
"I don't know! Stop asking questions!" Jacelyn yells
"I'm just curious! I'm trying to find out who this killer is." Zachary says just as the Blinders sit at the table.
"Do you guys know any cool places to go? Like somewhere safe?" Ryan asks
"Not really, why do you ask?" Lucy asks
"Our parents are making us move. They just don't know where." Chase says
"I hear Alabama has some beautiful places and nice people." Sawyer says with a casual shrug.
"That's what I suggested but nobody would listen." Sam says
"Are you guys ever coming back?" Pheobe asks
"Probably not. We have no reason to stay, we only came to Eden because Lizzy was in a play that was taking place here." Chase says
"Oh. Well, I hope you guys find somewhere safe." Pheobe says
Before the Blinders could reply Sheriff Rogers marched into the cafeteria and straight towards their table.
"You four come with me." Sheriff Rogers says to Zachary, Sawyer, Pheobe, and Jacelyn.
They stood up without hesitating. They prayed that the cops found Andy safe and sound. The Sheriff walked them out of the school and towards a police van parked outside.
"What's this all about?" Jacelyn asks
"We didn't find your friend, but we found Tessa Mcminn's vehicle. The trunk was open and flooded." Sheriff Rogers says
"So you just gave up? You didn't search or anything?" Jacelyn asks
"We tried, there was no sign of him." Sheriff Rogers says
"Wow, you guys are amazing cops. You know? For gods sake you didn't even hang up missing person posters for Andy." Jacelyn raises her voice at the authority figure.
"Our town rarely does that. We didn't do that for your brother and Lucy." Sheriff Rogers says
"That's probably why Zachary came home beaten to a pulp!" Jacelyn yells
"Jace, calm down. It's not his fault." Zachary whispers to his sister. He placed a comforting hand on Jacelyn's shoulder but she shrugged it off.
Jacelyn then ran back into the school. Sawyer ran after her and Zachary stayed to apologize to Sheriff Rogers as best he could. The Sheriff understood, he knew how people reacted when their friends were missing. He'd seen it plenty of times before.
