Hey guys! Sorry I didn't update for a long time. I'll update more now that I have more ideas.

"Annabeth! Get behind me, those...umm...things are gonna kill us!" I told Annabeth protectively.

The girl with light blonde hair was glaring at me in a malicious way that reminded of Clarisse herself.

"Hey punk, listen, this is OUR hangout spot, and if you're going to show up here and be a jerk than I'd be more than willing to make you run back to your mommy." She said. It sounded EXACTLY like what Clarisse would've said, only in an Australian accent.

"Rikki, be nice." Said the girl with the brown hair and blue eyes. She looked kind and was trying to help me right, which made me feel bad about what I'd said about her earlier.

Her words seemed to immediately have an effect on her Rikki, who backed away from the edge of the edge of the pool, where she was threatening me, looking fazed.

I couldn't help but notice how much the effect of the girl's words resembled the effect of Piper's charmspeak. The girl was also really beautiful, not just pretty but genuinely beautiful, even without make up (not as beautiful as Annabeth though!)

I was lost in my thoughts when I saw that Annabeth was helping the two girls out of the water. "We're not gonna hurt you." She assured while handing them each a towel from the bag we'd brought with us. "Just tell us who you are, why you have tails, and what this place is." She said.

"Wow. Said Rikki. How is he your boyfriend? She asked, gesturing toward me. I mean, you're so nice and practical and he's so...him." She finished. She topped it off by imitating me trying to protect Annabeth from her friend and her, which looked stupider than when I did it...I hope.

"RIKKI!" Scolded her friend again.

"Okay, okay." Said Rikki backing away with her hands up playfully.

"I'm Cleo, said the kind girl, and this is Rikki"

"Hi Cleo, hi Rikki. Said Annabeth. Percy, say hi and be nice!" She reminded, which reminded me of, "Percy, I said hello to the poodle, you a say hello to the poodle."

"Hi." I said. I was still in shock from seeing these girls' tails, and even though they had dried off and had two legs, looking like normal humans, it was still a little hard to talk to them.

" We understand your shock, said Cleo, why don't you come to the cafe with us and you can meet our friends Emma and Bella, they're both like us and Emma's very smart so she'll do a good job explaining this whole...uhh...situation to you."

"That sounds like a great idea!" Said Annabeth. And with that we headed to the cafe.
