They don't even know how it happened, or when or why. The two boys woke up tangled in each other's arms.

Richie was the first to wake up, he an arm around Eddies waist, pulling him closer, and Eddie had his placed on the taller boys chest.

Once Richie woke up he looked down and smiled at the small, sleeping boy under him. Richie wanted to stay like this forever, he knew he couldn't though, Eddie would soon wake up and notice the position Richie and him had gotten to over night.

Eddies eyes fluttered open, he was immediately confused when he felt Richies arms around him, but none the less he stayed like that. Not wanting to pull away, wanting to stay this close to Richie forever.

"Rich?" Eddie whispered looking up at the boy. Richie looked down and made eye contact with Eddie, which made the two blush and break contact almost immediately.

"Yeah Eds?" Richie smiled, he kept what he was saying at a whisper because Bill was next to them sleeping and they didn't want to wake him up.

"how did we um? right yeah—I uh, sorry," Eddie sighed, he sat up taking his arms away from Richie forcing Richie to do the same. Richie groaned in response and Eddie looked back at him raising an eyebrow.

"Rich, shush, Bill is sleeping," Eddie said which caused Richie to smile a little bit. Richie sat up and wrapped his arms around Eddies waist.

"Mhm, lucky him," Richie smiled to himself and nuzzled his nose into the back of Eddies neck which caused Eddie to blush a crimson red.

Both of them stayed silent. The only thing being heard was the sound of the fan and the three breathing. Richie was slightly behind Eddie, still with his arms around Eddies waist and nuzzled into his neck.

Eddie constantly felt Richie softly breathe on his neck, causing Eddie to get goosebumps.

The two stayed like that until they heard Bill stir in his sleep. Richie and Eddie both looked up and saw Bill reach his hands up to his face and rub his eyes.

Richie slowly moved his arms away from Eddies waist, so Bill didn't see them close and personal (and gaaayyyy) together.

Bill opened his eyes and moved his gaze over to the two boys on the mattress below him.

"oh h-hey, I didn't expect you g-guys to be awake right n-now," Bill said lazily.

"Well of course we are up Billy Boy!" Richie nearly shouted and shot yo from the air mattress causing Eddie to look down and laugh to himself. "It's nearly two in the afternoon!" He said in one of his fake British accents.

Bills eyes went wide at the thought of sleeping until the afternoon. Eddie looked up at him and burst out laughing.

"Aw, Eds you ruined it! He so believed it too!" Richie playfully yelled throwing his hands up.

"You d-dickwad!" Bill shouted throwing a pillow at Richie which he dodged as he kept laughing at Bill.

"No, for real though, it's like ten," Eddie commented between giggles. Bill rolled his eyes again as Richie sat back on the mattress.

"So what's the plan today fellas?" Richie asked swinging his arms around Eddies shoulder.

"Uh, mommy wants me home by noon, so not much," Eddie sighed as he shrugged Richies arm off his shoulder. Richie put his hands down into his lap slowly, and started playing with his fingers.

"W-well if you can, I th-think we may go to the quarry so i-if you can try to co-come," Bill stuttered playing with his fingers. Eddie just looked at him and smiled, Bill gave him a weak one back.

"Hey, do you guys want to go to the park for a little bit? I mean we have time," Richie suggested, shrugging, as everyone else was thinking of what they could do in the short time span they had, before Eddie had to go home.

Eddie nodded his head in agreement, Richie gave him an approving smile and looked up at Bill for his response as well.

Bill looked at him and smiled "I mean I guess, since we have time," Richie and Eddie looked at each other and then at Bill smiling.

"Okay, lets get ready then," Richie said excitedly grabbing his bag to change into his other clothes.

Richie always loved going to the park with his friends, the park held so many amazing memories.

He came out to Beverly at the park, he befriended Mike and Ben at that park, he found out about Stan's very conflicting dilemma with two boys, he fell in love with Eddie at that park.

That park was Richies happy place.

But it of course, with Richies luck, it couldn't stay like that forever.
