I smiled widely. I couldn't wait to tell Mikey. Or maybe I would just surprise him. I nodded to the thought. Awsten came into my room.

"Did Gio tell you?" He asked

"Yesss, aren't you excited?" I asked happily.

"I guess. I'm going to go to work so don't get into any trouble."

"I won't have a good day love you Awsten." He smiled and walked over to me.

"Love you too sis." He said before kissing my head. Awsten walked out of the house and I tried to find something to keep me busy.

Then I kept hearing a faint meowing sound. I looked out the window and saw a grey kitten. I awed at the sight. The kitten kept meowing, I knew Awsten wanted an animal preferably a cat so I figured he wouldn't mind. I opened up the door and the kitten came inside and rubbed itself against my leg.

"Come on baby." I said before picking up the kitten.

I walked into the bathroom and started running water so the kitten could take a bath because he smelled bad. At first the kitten didn't mind but then I started to put soap on it and it began to freak out.

"Shh shh it's okay little one." I said then he finally calmed down. While I was given the kitten a bath I made sure it was a boy.

"Okay it's all done baby." I pulled the kitten out of the sink and dried him off.

Hmm what should I name you? I thought to myself. Then the name Diesel popped into my head.

"How about I call you Diesel? Do you like that little one?" He just purred loudly. I laughed petting Diesel.

My phone started going off, I checked the time it was Awsten's break.

Diesel kept crawling all over me, I mentally face palmed he's probably hungry by now. I picked him up and walked into the kitchen and found some old cat food so I gave it to him. Diesel finished the food before I could even turn around. I laughed to myself.

"You were hungry, huh?" Be just meowed in response then we walked back to my room.

I plopped down on my bed and Diesel got on top of me and took a little cat nap.
